Great place to go after work, with a large outdoor eating area spaced out. Perfect chill spot for a late spring/ summer evening.

Cute place. Super big with lots of tables. Food is great and pastries are out of this world. I arrived before the lunch rush and after the breakfast rush so it was quiet. The people are very friendly. I saw several people working on their laptop there. It looks like a great place to just hang and get work done while having access to coffee and pastries.

Great place but the line is SO slow. Please make your origin idea somehow work with registers going at both sides. I often don't want pastries at all and have to wait for everyone that does! It is a bit unreasonable to wait literally 30 minutes just to get a coffee.

Also get a nice pinot noir wine please.

Edit: moved to one star. if possible, they have got even slower. They have one person working the register and one person manning the pastries. During Saturday morning rush! If you don't have enough people working then start paying more! You definitely charge enough for things! I'm not coming back ever again if I see any kind of a line because your food and drinks are not worth an hour of my life! Get your act together!

Great local bakery. It has a unique atmosphere and is a nice place to sit and work, read, or hangout with friends.

Great bakery. We’ve been to the three locations many times. Fresh pastries and friendly personnel. Sadly not a place where kids and families are very welcome by some of the staff.

::::::::Some staff need to be trained in customer service to treat customers fairly and be inclusive to families with kids::::::::

This review goes for a very uncomfortable experience we had on this location.
There were a few kids plying in the patio for a while. Their family left and when my son came inside, a customer sitting nearby came to us to complain that we were opening the door too much and the cold was coming in.
My son had only opened the door that one time. I told her that he had just come in that time. The lady was on her laptop, on a meeting and clearly too busy to pay attention to what really happened. She had just also told another customer that he couldn’t sit on the table next to her because she was on her meeting. (The guy said, but it’s only me, I’m alone)
The lady got upset, and went to get the manager.
I was ok with that, as I expected the manager to ask first to know what had happened before making decisions. To my surprise, the person who came (girl with black hair dyed white and blue in the front) came over assuming that the lady complaining was totally right. She didn’t ask even once about what happened before she went ahead calling our son to come back inside because she was going to lock that door. I went there and asked her why, I was trying to explain what happened. She wasn’t interested in knowing our side of the story. She misunderstood me, and somehow heard I was calling her stupid, which I swear I wouldn’t do. She was just really not in a good emotional place to be objective and/or calm. I can tell she was young, so I attribute this to her inexperience. However, it is not justified. I told her, hey, I don’t want to fight with you, but you should give me a chance to speak too. Obviously, I felt offended as she said she had to ask me to leave just because I was trying to explain to her that we were not the ones opening the door.
Honestly, I don’t even know how you get to this point just because of a door and a misunderstanding. If you are representing a business which market is clearly a lot of families, you must know how to talk through these situations. I’m a mother and, of course I’m not the only customer that matters, but it DOES MATTER how you communicate things to customers. It DOES MATTER your willingness to be fair, to be respectful, to be kind, to listen, to be INCLUSIVE with your customers. Don’t take sides, first LISTEN and then find a middle ground. And above it all NEVER talk like that to your customers. Let them also explain themselves. You can do better than this.
