Well, couldn't find "update review" and/or it didn't let me write another individual review ...

Update: Visited on 11/04/2025 (couldn't make it to grand opening with ribbon cutting ceremony! 😔)
Anyway, it was a pleasure to go back again and this coffee shop is already on of my "favs"! Even CC climbed out of its hiding place! It knows where good stuff is served!😂🤣

Today, I went with the offered specialty: Mexican mocha, yum 😋, 😋!
The Mexican specialty is hot chocolate w/double shot espresso, pump chocolate/with cinnamon topped w/whipped cream and then dusted with cinnamon 😋! Now that is just delicious 😋 😍❤️!

Also, they are offering two bakery items a day. I chose the blueberry streusal - a great little combo of exploding flavors in your mouth! Definitely check this shop out! A home away from home!!!💕❤️

Today (10/25/2025), I was invited to the "soft opening" of the "Be Humble Coffee Co." The actual "launch" is next Saturday, November 1, 2025.

The coffee shop itself is a Vienna-style coffee house. It has two side rooms with comfortable sitting areas and the entrance area with small tables. The ambience is quiet and peaceful. Love 💕 the outside porch area with 2 rockers and a side table!!! Perfect for sunny and mild days in the Houston/Humble area!

I also love ❤️ the fact that in the first side room there are plenty of electrical plug-in outlets! Perfect for working or doing homework on your laptop.

The second side room is great for meeting with friends or groups. Details are in the making, by the owners, Mr. & Mrs. Capuchino (that's right, the Spanish spelling of cappuccino 😀! How awesome is that! 😉).

The Americano coffee was very good, rich in flavor...😋! Can't wait to try out the other offered coffee drinks!!!

Another plus on my list: they actually built a ramp with handrails on the side to make their shop accessible and easier to manage for customers using walking devices!!! Love 💕 it!

I took plenty of pictures and short videos for you to see for yourself. As for me, it is well worth the 30 minute drive 🚗 to get here! I already know this will be one of my personal "favs"!!!😍😋!

I can whole heartedly recommend this coffee shop and can't wait to see it flourish and developed by its owners!!!

We LOVE Be Humble coffee. Their coffee is perfect every single time. No matter who makes it the drinks are always perfect. I hate buying a drink and it never being consistent depending on the barista. We have never had that problem here. The owners and staff are super sweet. The owners are usually there working along side their team. We will be customers as long as they are in business.

Tried Humble Coffee Co for the first time today, very nice interior environment & overall nice people working there. Reasoning behind not giving 5 stars, the wait time was a bit long for only 1 drink, also didn't like how they only have 1 size only for iced coffee.. I did try the banana bread iced coffee that was suggested & it actually was a 10/10 drink even though it was supposed to have no cinnamon as the cashier/worker noted on the cup unfortunately the other employee put cinnamon on it which was fine because I'm not allergic I just preferred no cinnamon but already had waited a good bit for the drink so didn't want to wait for it to be remade. I did drink it all and again very good but also almost a $9 drink so a bit pricey in my opinion. May try again in the future but love the environment they strive for here God bless!

Blueberry bread is amazing. Great place to bring your laptop and do homework. Friendly staff and beautiful energy.

Came here for my first time about a couple months ago and been going back…it has an amazing atmosphere, great variety of drinks and some of the nicest and friendly people working there. I will definitely be a frequent customer 🥰
