Excellent ambience, delicious coffee, dog friendly (well behaved) and they have lots of food options to choose from. I have enjoyed working from this coffee shop.

Bennu is classist and greedy. It’s ridiculous to make people purchase a drink to use wifi. Such a disappointment for the community.

It’s very much a “student study space”. Really quiet, tons of laptops out.
You can’t really sit inside and have a conversation, and there were people smoking outside. But might have just been unlucky.

Good place if you’re working on something and need a nice cafe with good wifi. They had a lot of seething and I was able to come here a couple times while I was in town, get really good internet and some great coffee while I got to work!

The crew is awesome. Coffee is customized to taste. Foods are great. All together the place is warm and welcoming. Great shop to do work away from office or home office.

Stressed vibe from the staff about giving out wifi codes. They asked that I buy TWO items in order to receive two codes for the internet; one for my laptop and one for my phone.
Also, the preachy straw dispenser 👀

You would think they subtract money from the baristas paycheck for handing out Wi-Fi codes at this place. If you plan to study and need Wi-Fi, this place is not it. The baristas are uptight about giving you the wifi code and it's honestly quite ridiculous. But, if you want to take your drink to go, I highly recommend. I love their drinks but unfortunately the baristas kill my vibe every time I need wifi. Which should be a GIVEN at a cafe.

Perfect place to study and get work done on late nights

Great place to work on your laptop. Plenty of comfortable seating. I appreciated that the food is clearly labelled vegan.

Sitting inside here at age 33 made me feel ancient. You look around and it's literally nothing but UT students with laptops in front of them but on their phones. There is a sign on the door encouraging masks regardless of vaccination status but nobody wore them -- but the people working there did, which is appreciated! I've seen a few complaints on here, the first about the music being too loud but I personally thought it was great. If not for the music it would have been as quiet as a tomb in there. Seriously. Nobody was in there to talk, legit all students on their laptops. The other complaint was about baristas but the two that I had were perfectly pleasant! Mocha was tasty, but I'm not a big coffee drinker so I might not be the best judge of this. I'm deducting a full star for the DECOR though. Bro, what is happening with this furniture??? It's like thrift store assorted. And not in the charming way of like a Spider House Cafe kind of way, more in a someone went to a Goodwill and said I'll take everything kind of way. Place looks like a common room at a community college which might be fitting considering the clientele. There was a nice little outdoor patio area lit by string lights that I imagine would be nice in warmer weather. Overall, yeah I'd go back, but it's a specific kind of vibe.

Great place to grab a coffee and get some work done! Fast wifi. Ideal for some quiet studying or working on your laptop. They also have an outside patio area. Got the lavender latte!
