Very cozy place for reading books, or geting chit chat with your friends, or working on your task, with tasty coffee and some home made-bread. I very recommend this place.
Lovely place, great coffee, relaxed music and a big library to not get bored 📚 Perfect for chilling or working.
When i came here on sunday afternoon the place is packed with people who use laptop. Place is nice and have fast internet. The price is average with nice menu.
Best coffee and best wifi here.. nice place also❤️
Blanco has been serving coffee for more than ten years and remains a good place to stop for a cup of coffee or a quick break. The space is spacious, with a modern loft-style interior that works well for both casual visits and working. Books and other details add character without making the place feel overly decorated. The coffee selection is well curated, although the choice of beans varies depending on market availability. The baristas are knowledgeable and do a good job preparing the coffee. Prices are on the higher side, but this also reflects the generous space and overall setting. A comfortable coffee shop worth considering if you value both good coffee and a pleasant place to sit.
A nice place to work (on your thesis lol) or just to hang out and have a little chat with someone you like. I found this place on google, but didn't expect that I would like this place this much. I was there working on my thesis, and suddenly it was 10 p.m.
Here I ordered their signature drink named Bruni: a delicacy, a true balance of chocolate, strawberry and coffee. I also had their signature plater (I liked the sausage and wedges, but not the onion ring, it was a bit to hard too chew. Or maybe because of my old teeth, I don't know)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Whenever I’m in Jogja, I always make time to visit Blanco Coffee & Books.
The coffee is consistently good, and the internet speed is reliable enough for working from a café. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a nice spot to read, work, or simply enjoy a quiet break. The only downside is that the space is relatively small, so it can feel a bit crowded during busy hours.
Overall, a charming coffee shop with great coffee, a warm ambiance, and a comfortable environment for work-from-café sessions. ☕📚✨
The place feels fairly comfortable, but during my visit it was very crowded. Finding a spot to study or work with a laptop was difficult, I ended up sitting in the outdoor patio area, which felt noisy and hot. Parking space is also very limited since it uses the roadside, so the car I arrived in had trouble finding a place to park. Barista service, however, felt helpful and informative throughout the visit.
I tried their signature milk coffee, Bruni, it delivers a noticeable caffeine kick as an iced drink, with subtle sweetness from chocolate and strawberry notes, the flavors come through clearly and feel easy to enjoy.
I also ordered the Cranberry Chocolate pastry, the pastry tastes good and feels filling, the dough is not tough, and the balance between chocolate and cranberry works well.
Another coffee shop recommendation in Jogjakarta. Blanco Coffee Shop, where good coffee meets quiet moments.
Perfect for working From Cafe, reading, or simply slowing down 📚
I visited Blanco Coffee for an online meeting and found it to be a great spot for working remotely. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, and there are plenty of electric plugs, which makes it very convenient for laptop users. The coffee shop only has one restroom, but it’s clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent—the cashier was friendly and took the time to explain the menu in detail.
The only downside is the limited parking space, which might be a bit inconvenient during busy hours. Other than that, it’s a comfortable and work-friendly café with attentive staff.
My most favorite spot to meet someone or get some work done. wifi is reliable, the ambience is cozy and calming. The whole place just feels welcoming. Service has always been warm and attentive, and prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get and AC is super cold (which is a big plus). Just one more thing, please please please add cheesecakes to the menu!! 🫶🏻
Nice coffeeshop for relax and work.
This cofffeshop is not too big. But it’s neat and comfort for those who need a good coffee while relaxing. This coffeeshop also suit for those who need a calm place for working space.
Their manual brew is good. I ordered japanese iced coffee with mild and good taste. They also offers side dish such as croissant for light meal.
Parking space a bit limited for car. But for motorbike is okay.
haven’t visited for a long time, noticed improvements here &there. all of our coffee tasted good, excellent service from every single staff, fast wifi, cozy &homey vibe. but having to deposit your ID card when you choose to open bill is a first, never happen in any other places before in my cafe-hopping lifetime 😅
Overall good and cozy place to have your morning coffee or working from.
Plus point, they serve free water for you to hydrate.
A simple yet relaxing place to enjoy your coffee. A great escape for a busy day. Not only that they have good choices of coffees but also a nice ambience that makes you relax. The lights just make you warm and calm.
There is a set of sofa in the corner if you come in a group and want to have a chitchat. If you want to work on your laptop, there are set of tables and chairs for individual users or groups as well, downstairs or upstairs. But it is also good to sit at the outdoor area just to see the sunset and enjoy the cool breeze.
Their specialities are coffee, but there are plenty of non-coffee drinks that you can enjoy too. As I’m not a coffee person, so I ordered hot chocolate and my friend ordered ice lemon tea. The hot choco tasted good, reminds me of the hot choco in Ministry of Coffee, thick and dense. Price is average, 25K for the hot choco and 24K for ice lemon tea, just like any other cafes in Jogja.
The location is in the heart of Jogja, near to the city train station and mostly visited by university students who are studying or doing their assignments. Parking lot is limited, good for motorcycles but not for cars because it is located on the roadside.
Service is also good. There are young people who know how to treat the customers. Toilet is clean, only that there was no toilet paper provided inside.
This shop is very convenient. It is located in the center of the city, not far from Tugu Jogja. There are coffee-based and non-coffee drinks and also snacks. The prices are affordable. There is a toilet and free wifi for customers. This location is spotted by wifi.ID signal too. The sitting area is devided into two; smoking and no smoking area. Inside the no smoking area, there are books that you can read. It is close order, so make sure you pay directly after you make an order. The parking area is taking a side of the street in front of the shop and it is guarded by a parking man. Over all, it is a nice coffee shop to be. You've gotta try since it's not really noisy here. It's suitable for studying and doing tasks.
Two floors building in the city area but low traffic. Full of serious book with wifi connection. price is affordable at 50 KIDR for two(2) serving glass.
Sure place to be the one of the best working space in Yogyakarta. Held team meeting several times, it always deliver the comfort and delicious beverage at the warmth of the ambience. My personal favorite was the Iced Chocolate.
Have been there 2-3 times and it's definitely a nice place with good vibes for working on laptop or get things done.
If you want to go there alone to focus more on whatever it is you're going to do ot just want to have some 'me-time', this is definitely a good place because no one pays attention or will be staring at you as long as you not bothering anyone.
The place are overall clean and not too small (but not really big either).
I suggest you not to come on busy hour (you can see the statistic on google) because I once went there on busy hour and i can only sit on whatever table available.
I also once went there in the morning around 08.30 AM on weekdays and I like it much better. I was the first person at the time and I was able to choose to sit wherever I want and charge my laptop.
I also like it how they state they open early in the morning (07.30 AM) and they really do. Because when I tried to find another options for cafe to do productive things in the morning, I don't really find one. Many cafes in Jogja state that they open around 9 AM (which is pretty late for me).
They have a lot of books on the bookshelf. But I don't really pay attention to what kind of book available there since I brought my own book to read.
The wifi connection is pretty fast. I never have troubles using it.
As for the price, it's like the usual coffee shop. Not really cheap but not too pricey either, still affordable. They also offered non-coffee drinks and snacks. But If you're french-fries fans (like me), sadly they don't really provide it. But they do have something in the menu that serves along with it (i forgot what it's called).
Anyway, I really enjoy going there and seeing myself continue visiting this place in future. Definitely recommend you to go there!
Such a convenient place for work. Fast wifi connection, easily accessed sockets, good coffee, friendly staff members, and affordable prices. Recommended!
Awesome coffee shop. They have a good range of espresso options and single origin coffee with whatever serving method you choose.
It’s a good place to work if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere and fast wifi.
Lots of locals working, studying or chilling.
True Yogya Coffee shop 🤙🏻
We came here in the evening, ordered 2 cappuccino's and a lichee tea but after they took the order we learned that their espresso machine got broken and we'd have to wait 10 min. The lichee tea came but then I offered them to make a filter coffee instead of 2 cappuccino's. So after a half hour we get the filter coffee while the lichee tea is already finished... The service was friendly but it was definitely not a good experience unfortunately.
There's also a bunch of people working on their laptops and occupying the whole table inside, which might be great for those who want to use the place as an office but not when you want to chill with friends and have nice cup of coffee.
The table where we sat outside still had a full ashtray and used cups on the table while sitting and the table was full of sigaret ashes.
Maybe we had an unlucky moment with our evening, but was an overall disappointment.
With cozy atmosphere, this place is suitable for working. The terrace upstairs is a very good spot to choose at night. There are a lot of books downstairs. One of my most memorable places.
Positive vibes for studying and working. Banda coffee and croissant good taste recommend . There are books, musholla and toilet
Nice little place for bookworms, working on your laptops or just chilling with a coffee on a cup.
The upstair has a table to work and a sofa, as well as the balcony to enjoy the rural Kranggan street.
Relax, the wifi is good enough to be your friend whole day. No need to worries about the speed.
Very nice place to slow down from the hustle and bustle of the City. Tightly packed cafe where regulars come often, was a shame that sitting behind the bookshelf meant slow wifi :(
Unique and delicious drinks! At a price of 25-50k, I'll take photos on my next visit
Went here due to google reviews.
And didnt regret my visit, a good place for coffee and work, they are equipped with great wifi speed and work station (electric plug) everywhere.
This is a lovely coffee shop with a relaxed vibe. The coffee and pastries are delicious, especially the almond croissant, which came hot. The service was warm and helpful. There are lots of books available to read if you feel like dipping in and out of one. There are different spaces to choose from including upstairs, which was busy with students working, an outside area and a cosy downstairs. I’d recommend and would visit again.
Unexpectedly delicious coffee and tea.. Love their signature Hemmingway (triple shots of ristretto and milk) - just enough balance of bitterness and smoothness of coffee and milk
and Hot Matcha latte .. not too sweet, perfect for me
Comfy place to work (+ your laptop, music from your wireless earphone - and you will have a peaceful time). They provided enough power socket to charge your devices.
Tried their signature platter (onion rings, potato wedges, sausages, tartar sauce) - love !
Coffee and books are two great combination, plus added some wifi access and power outlet, the most amazing for Jakarta taste, the Mac and cheese is superb
It's a nice place as working space or as chill-with-friends cafe. The wifi is fast inside the cafe but a bit slow on the outside seats. A lot of electric sockets here to charge your gadgets and also a lot of interesting books on the shelf. One thing that I really like is that even though a lot of people here, the vibe is not noisy. People talk in a rather low voice and vehicles rarely pass the road in front of the cafe. The toilet is also clean and decent. The waiters are friendly and helpful. Oh, one of the menu that ordered is ice moccachino. It's good. Also, I think they support "strawless movement" because they have changed plastic straws with the reusable straws.
It's a small coffee shop with no dedicated parking spots for cars. I wanted to try their manual brew but it wasn't available so I got a cappuccino instead. Cappuccino was ok. internet was fit for working but the tables were not so comfortable.
The price is reasonable, just order banana coffee and some snack, love it. A quite place to work, there are also electric terminal who will spent hour for working also if you bored you can borrow book and read it.
Good ambience and beverages. wifi-nya cepaattt~~~
edited: I added new photos after renovated.
The best coffeeshop in town. You'll get a discount if you have a member (idk it'll last or just for a short term butt they have a reasonable price tho, standard price for a cup of coffee)
1. wifi is stable. If you want to do your work here, i suggest you to come in the morning so you'll get a nice spot
2. the neighborhood is clean and calm
3. the baristas are so nice, they don't reach you as they maintain your privacy and space. But in case you want to chitchat with them in the mean time, they are so humble and warm. For the service i'll give them 5 stars
4. The menu is good, i suggest you to buy their salted caramel or mango splash tea. You can also order a special request to replace the dairy milk to oat milk. And they also have the best croissant in town (should try choco or almond). For my coffeehead fellas, i hear they serve a really nice brew too! (based on my friends' opinions, honestly i'm not a big fan of coffee so never really try them before and don't have enough knowledge to give my review). As far as i know they produce their own bean directly from the farmers to maintain their quality, maybe you should try it yourself to rate their brew
5. They serve main dishes too and it's tasty, and in case you want to eat something else there are a few options nearby
6. toilet is clean, they have 2nd floor and outdoor area (tho for outdoor area it's not as big as the indoor), so many books here, and a prayer room
7. the AC works well, too cold sometimes lol but overall it is ok
Been here for years since 2016-2017 preparing for SBMPTN up until now, never once disappointed and always feel comfortable here. Going to be my number one recommendation to all my friends and relatives.
only light bites. ordered fish and chips and i thought it would be "lunch portion".. but the service was very good, 2 stories building with aircon, wifi, and nice atmosphere. they provide novels and other books as well for customers to read.
Perfect for either hanging out or working. The place is kinda crowded but not too noisy for work. Definitely will go back here
They recommended this signature rice bowl of them and it was worth it
I like the atmosphere for remote working too
I Love their coffee. The price is a bit expensive for jogya standard but that's ok, the facilities will makes you stay here for a long time, wifi connection is great, and the staffs are the kindness people. Too bad they don't have much varieties for dessert
If you're looking for a place where you can working on your task or assignment, or study, you can come to this place. It's not crowded and place is pretty cozy.
great coffee, nice working place, plenty of books to choose from.
The best cafe for study!!!! Love this place so much since the atmosphere is so effective to study. The beverages and foods that they serve are also stunning with a friendly price. The wifi is so fast too. I cannot give any critics for the place :)
This place is very nicely decorated and well laid out. It's perfect to just grab a great tasting coffee with a bite to eat and just focus on your work.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the wifi is fast and the crowd of people are usually students who are doing their assignments.
I had my affogato for the day.. and it was splendid. Love the ambience here for both working and killing time. Will be back here for sure
My favorite place to work when I’m working remotely 🌞 baristas are super friendly, coffee is good, the sharing table is ergonomic. If you’re in the mood for sweeter coffees, try their Peach Americano and Bruni. Otherwise go with their classic Americano or iced Latte.
The atmosphere here is very good. It could be a co-working space option when working in an office space is too late. The coffee tastes really good & there are many choices of snacks
Serving various type of tastefull coffee from all over Indonesia. Provide some snack too. The ambience of the cafe is very good. It has unique design with some vintage touch. There are a lot of book for the customer to read during enjoying their coffee. There also provides wifi to make you stay connected. However, the area not so wide, it's good for personal or couple, but not really recommended for group.
The wifi is fast, however the place is still under construction. Some of the drinks are fairly overpriced in my opinion. However, I wouldn't argue that this place is a good place for discussion. If you're planning to work with your laptop, I wouldn't recommend this place because the table isn't really comfortable to work with using laptop.
It is a nice and place to hangout while have a chat or read the book. They provide book to read here. And yes wifi, they provide it. It is quiet there since not located near the main highway. But unfortunately it has small place for around 25 to 30 people only. In addition, the place a little bit hard to be found if you dont familiar with the area.
One of my favourite cafe for finishing task. I like the small cozy atmosphere in the middle of the city. Coffee is average. Fast wifi. Clean place. Best time to visit is during the day and will be more crowded and noisy at night
