Quality Bakery! Friendly people working! Good atmosphere! Tasty food ! Good coffee drinks ! Finally some bakery who really like their job and do it with pleasure and desire! Others can only learn from them! Good luck and keep it same way! Customers always know what is good and best! Now days everyone travel a lot and we have access to internet, so we know when can be better and when is good 😊

While strolling through the city, I discovered Brew & Bake. The window display looked very appealing. Since I had eaten just shortly before, I only ordered a cappuccino. In my opinion, the drink was relatively small for the price. Additionally, I waited at least 15 minutes for my order. The coffee was tasty, and the interior provided a good atmosphere for sitting and working. I will return to try the food and might adjust my rating then.

What a place, everything is as delicious as it looks. There was a bit of a queue (10 min luckily) but it was worth it in my opinion. Hopefully they will be working on it also on the tip menu before paying.

The croissant was buttery and flaky but a bit sticky,(9) the shio pan was garlicky and fluffy yet I m personally not a huge fan (8) and the cardamom bun was hands down one of my favorite, it has a good texture and a good amount of cardamom exactly like in Sweden. The matcha latte was also good, nothing special.

The shop is poorly laid out and very uncomfortable to visit. Long line and very slow and inexperienced employees. Staff eating behind the desk… trays with dirty plates being passed by staff over fresh ingredients…You can see how everyone is working, even in the kitchen, and this adds to the discomfort. Great design and organizational issues. To add to this the sizes, shapes and textures of the supposed same products are very different, so you can pay the full price for a small burnt croissant… or get luckier. The tables are crumpled with everyone passing very close with trays of drinks in their hands… overall an unpleasant experience. Food is okay, if you get lucky

Brought 3 people here and none could guess that it’s entirely plant-based. Some reviews are very biased: yes you can find better croissants or other baked goods based on real butter, but honestly these are fantastic even compared to some regular bakeries.

I also commend using poppyseeds, please make a proper bun full of poppyseeds! You clearly have some eastern-European talent working, they can take it to the next level!

The pastries are really tasty, however I do find it a bit annoying that the sizes vary so much. There was a whole tray of fresh cinnamon buns for example, and some were huge compared to others. It’s great to get a big one but of course you can get unlucky. So I’d suggest working on consistency :)

A beautiful space with good light. Both my pastry and my coffee were of high quality. While the chairs aren’t the most comfortable it’s a nice atmosphere to work on a laptop for a bit!

Went on a Sunday morning. Can’t say much about the coffee or food as the line was very long and it was barely moving so I left after 10 minutes staying in the same spot, despite at least 5-6 baristas working at the time. A pity—would have love to try it but looks like a quite overhyped (and disorganized) place.

All staff are really hard working, this place is packed all the time and need definitely more people for faster service! All drinks and pastries are really good!

Nice pastry
The working space for staff seams kind of big compared to sitting space customers

Very nice, the matcha is super tasty and affordable. Such a nice cafe right in the city center too. You can sit comfortably and work on your laptop, or just enjoy yourself alone or with friends.
