the man greeting the guests who should be the showcase of the restaurant was very unpleasant upon entry. is he working there as a punishment? I gave up on entering….

To już nie pierwszy raz w tym miejscu, przepyszne torty, kawa i drinki, herbata miętowa parzona ze świeżej mięty, obsługa kelnerska bez zarzutu, krótkie oczekiwanie, szybkie bezpłatne wifi, zawsze tu będę wracał i znajomi mają podobne zdanie, bardzo polecam 🤗 Polecam szczególnie tort szwarcwaldzki mniam !!!

This is really nice place, good food and mostly, good people working there. Do not trust some guy, who is celebrity somewhere in Bollywood, in Europe nobody knows him and therefore nobody are ready jumping as he wish. Waiting 6 minutes for service in full house restaurant arent any bad sign. Just go there and you will see by yourself. And dont worry about color of your skin, your nationality or religion. You will be welcomed.

Vanwege wifi problemen noodgedwongen afgerekend met euro's. In totaal 18,30 betaald voor 4 drankjes. De rekening in kronen was omgerekend in euro ongeveer 14 euro. Afzetters. Ga hier niet heen is mijn advies.

Came in and ordered tea and a salad before noon. It was my lunch break, and I needed to get back to work in a timely manner. It ended up taking them nearly 25 minutes to prepare my salad (they weren't busy and I didn't see takeaway orders coming out of the kitchen.) I asked my waiter for it to be put in a to-go box (twice) as I no longer had time to dine-in.
When I asked him what was taking so long, he gruffly responded that there were other orders before mine (which I'd have an easier time believing if I saw orders coming out...) and that they do not have "fast service" there (obviously; if I had wanted fast food I'd have gone to a fast food restaurant). No apologies, just attitude. Really surprising to see in a place like this and at this location. I have been here before and haven't experienced this kind of treatment or slow service. They really need to retrain their staff and make sure the men with attitude problems don't deal directly with customers! I had to quickly eat my lunch at my desk while working. I'd have had a more enjoyable time at Albert. All around a pretty uncomfortable experience.

working nearby and sometimes meeting with friends here, but never had such a bad service like that day. Our waiter did not even say hi when gave us a menu, when he came to take an order he wanted to do it quickly so while I was still telling him an order he was already one step trying to run. At the end he was asking for tips!!!! Terrible. How you can think I will leave you something for smth like this? Never and ever again!

High quality with adequate prices. Free wifi - I like this place. Reservation recommended.

Tak to byl luxusni zakusek. Obsluha velmi mila. Dbala na to, abych nez si sednu, mel uklizene a zametene misto. Heslo na wifi cafe2022. Je to tu drazsi, ale tak jsme v centru Prahy, ze?

Friendly staff fast wifi connection. Athmopshere is worth to stop by for a coffee.
