I just hopped in to the lunch and saw some people were working there. Many were foreign customers and food was also nice.
Love interior.
Definitely come again for cafe and some work next time.
𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮 ☕️ is a cozy gem tucked near the lake in Pokhara, offering a peaceful and artistic ambiance that's perfect for working or simply unwinding. It's not overly commercial or flashy—just thoughtfully designed with charm. The food is consistently delightful, with standout presentation and flavors that hit the mark every time.
Personal favorites include the 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗲 🍹, 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻. But the real star is their 🍰 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲—𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟬/𝟭𝟬!
With a prime location, warm and friendly staff, and a humble owner, Cafe Camellia is more than just a café—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. If you're in Pokhara, don’t miss the chance to sit back with a coffee and indulge in the best cheesecake in town. 🤩
While remotely working for a week in Pokhara, I came to Cafe Camelia 4 times because of the good ambience and quality brunch. The space is quite big and I like the design theme they have. It was enjoyable doing some work from here. Its also located right at the heart of Lakeside.
The cafeteria lends itself to work on your laptop and have a good coffee or brunch. The style of the food is undoubtedly a fusion of various cuisines with a more European slant. The decoration and the aesthetic immobilirio in sight.
As for the food and coffee. Being an aesthetic restaurant it looks for the pleasure of the eye but loses interest in highlighting the organoleptic characteristics of the food. It looks better than it tastes. The coffee should taste like coffee, the robust notes that characterize coffee have been lost amidst the milk. A very light taste with no body at all. Overall good service, good atmosphere and very Instagrammable. Pet friendly by the way. Perfect place for digital nomads.
Stayed the day to work. The food was really good had the Camélia Special and a slice of cheesecake. Best croissant in Nepal so far, crispy not soft (missing a bit of butter). The cheesecake was delicious I recommend to get it. Staff was very kind always refilling the water.
Good wifi for online calls or just working over the internet
Cheese cake and Americano are good. The backyard has braziers at winter nights. The second floor has less people which are good for working, and you can see the tip of the Machhapuchhare mountain there.
Lovely place. Great service, thoughtful presentation, tasty food and drinks. All for a great price. Service is also at a high level. wifi is good and stable, we remote-worked from here without issues.
cozy environment you can spend here for long with own laptop work, great services their staff are always smiling to people, variety of foods are offered, and the 2 lovely retrievers
A great cafe/restaurant with good wifi, friendly personal and tasty food. The interior is amazing
Good spot for several desserts and coffee. Attentive service. The place is quite large with multiple indoor and outdoor areas. Has wifi and saw a lot of people working there
I visited Cafe Camellia for two consecutive days and found it a good spot to work during the morning to daytime. It’s quite popular with tourists, so it can get a bit crowded, but the atmosphere is still comfortable enough to focus. I brought my laptop and got some work done while enjoying breakfast there both days. The breakfast was average — I’d rate it around 3 out of 5 — but it served the purpose. The staff were polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a decent place for remote work and casual breakfast, especially if you don’t mind a little crowd.
Perfect place to spend a day reading a book ,working on your laptop or simply carving up with friends. The menu is diverse and there plenty options to choose from. Waitresses are quite polite and attentive.Prices are super affordable proving the interior design and ambience. For sure one of my go to places in Pokhara.
Amazingly nice cafe. The coffee is great, the french toasts and cheesecake are to die for. I spent a couple of working there and the internet was some of the best I’ve had in Nepal
Delicious food. Beautiful, chilled atmosphere.
I got the smoothie bowl and a cappucino. wifi available
The café is lovely, with different areas and even a nail salon with very reasonable prices (800 rupees for a manicure or pedicure). The music is perfect for working. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are power outlets at various seats. The waitresses are friendly and attentive to detail. The food is spectacular, and the matcha is the best I've had in the city. The portions are generous, except for the desserts, which are smaller but equally delicious. This is our second visit in two days.
