Café Chloé Praha

The space is really cute and the staff are really nice. I made a wrong choice with my drink as it was too sweet for me, and the baristas were kind enough to just make me another cappuccino for free. The space has wifi and ample seating so it'd be fun to visit with a group or solo. I'm in love with the quotes around the space and I see myself coming again someday for the breakfast menu.

Such a cute place! Pink everywhere! And the food and service are really good too. Our waitress Niki was so nice.
You can come work here too as they have good wifi and outlets! Really loved it!

Service was very slow only 3 people working that I saw and it was super busy
When the lady finally came to take our order after 20 mins of waiting and food came around 30-40 mins later
Drinks were good but the long waiting and very busy atmosphere they needed more staff members working

Coffee was good, but i think that it is just about the interior. Also for me is normal to serve water with coffee, not working here.

This is a place you HAVE to check out when in Prague! The atmosphere is amazing! The lovely people working there are so sweet! They make the best matcha latte I’ve had in Europe!!

Stunning interior, very delicious tartes & sandwiches. The drinks were very special and yummy, above all the Uber Ube is a must try. The girls working here are very sweet, especially Niki. Went here on several days throughout my stay in Prague.

Set your working hours properly

I went to the cafe because I saw pictures on the internet. The ambience is interesting and the presentation of the dishes is nice. However unfortunately they get some basic things wrong...the flow of service is very bad. There are separate lounges and the waiter has to push two heavy iron doors to bring each coffee. The waitress although polite and trying hard, probably has no training and is left alone in the lounge. The co-worker is on her laptop instead of helping her. You wait too long for the food. When the food arrives you have already had your drink. Many wrong orders. Customers with irritated faces. I felt sorry for the waitress. The music was loud and in a music style that has no relation with the romantic pink environment. Niki Minaj's Rap was playing. It has a shop that is too big for the proposal. Suggestion: a softer, more relaxing playlist. Training for waiters to be more agile. Improve the flow of service. The waitress was kind and was alone with a full cafe, she needs help.

I’m leaving a review because I think the reviews here are incredibly unfair. Our portions were large, tasty and great quality for the price. It came super quickly also. The matcha was HUGE. So worth the price and tasted authentic too. The staff were fine. There are four different rooms and a lot of details for them to attend to so accept them as they are - busy and working hard (not exactly rude). We had a great experience and thought it was something refreshingly different.

We went for brunch and had the loveliest time. We got our food so quickly and Niki and everyone else working their shift were lovely and super helpful! Cute place, cute food and cute ambiance - 10/10 would go again
