Cafe We

Where do I begin? This cafe is one of my favorite places in Anjuna/Vagator area.
The food is delicious and nourishing at a reasonable price, the cappuccinos are delightful, the kombucha is zesty, but most of all.. the staff is such a lovely group of people! The owners and managers are so welcoming and accommodating, and they quickly became good friends. They hold space for many community events, they are eco and community oriented, and they are just down right warm and wonderful people.
They host weekly karaoke nights, various workshops, and the space on a day to day basis is a great place to network and meet awesome people. You can go and work on your computer, read, play a board game, chat, have delicious food, browse through the thrift store upstairs, get a haircut, get a foot or neck massage, or just chill. It is truly a safe and welcoming space.
The servers are also some of the most genuinely sweet and attentive people, although sometimes they are still being trained or don't speak the best English, so a little compassion and patience goes a long way. Each and every one of the staff are seriously nice, so be kind!

It has truly been a privilege and a blessing to find this place during my travels here. When in a foreign place, it's nice to find safe and comfortable energy, and these people feel like family! ❤️🙏🏼❤️
