HOME ☕️ The quietest place to study and get work done.
Good coffee, good work/chat atmosphere, good music, great service 🙌🏼 Limited parking 🤷🏽♂️
One of my favorite places to get work done in a casual atmosphere 🙂👍🏼5 stars!
A wonderful place to hang out & get some work done. The Maya mocha is so rich & spicy—one of the best mochas I’ve tried, & it doesn’t leave me feeling oversugared when I’m done.
Great ambience to get work/homework done. It's like a house with many nooks to just sit down and enjoy a good time. I love ordering their iced horchata latte. So good!
Good place, love to go for relax or study or work, nice music, I Feel close to my country .
Cuban coffee. Quiet at 9 AM on a Saturday. Seems like a great place to get work done.
The ambiance from the moment you step inside is tranquil, serene and quiet-- I just KNOW I'll finally be able to finish coding and develop my software skills even more by visiting more frequently and not having my annoying anxious avoidant neighbor trying to start a conversation every 5 minutes in the common space area of where I reside.
I can finally sip my coffee in peace and get some work done at the same time. Latina owned business and I look forward to returning again! El cafe de olla tastes just as if I made it at home, fresh y con un toque de canela traen el pan dulce del "El Bolillo", the best spot to buy pan dulce in Houston in my humble and ferocious foodie opinion. Como Hispana, y mas que nada, Mexicana y Cubana, a good cup of coffee is hard to find up to my standards... but this spot passes the test.
It reminded me so much of my usual favorites in Austin, TX. This is one spot you do NOT want to miss within the Houston city limits for good pan dulce y un cafecito for the road.
Stopped in for some morning remote work! The barista asked each customer how they were doing, such a warm atmosphere :)
I enjoyed a horchata amongst many others working remotely, and felt comfortable taking a business call.
Once the rain stopped the porch was so cute and quiet!
Nice place to study or complete work. Rated a four only because my Cafe De Olla could have been way better...
My favorite coffee shop inside the loop. Very cozy place to get some work done during the day. Their Mexican inspired menu is really good, specially their cafe de olla and campesino cafe con leche . They also sometimes have pan dulce for sale.
Their wifi wouldn't work on 2 computers ND 2 phones. Beware
Awesome space, good coffee, nice people but couldn’t get the wifi to work so had to leave
This place is very cozy (it's a house turned coffee shop) with lots of little seating areas. The coffee is also very good and the people that work there are super nice. The background music can be a little distracting, sometimes it gets pretty crowded, and I wish connecting to the wifi was automatic and there wasn't a password. Those things aside it's a really nice place and parking is easy.
Dulce and the rest of the staff know your order after just a few times. The couch and chairs are comfy and awesome for a meeting. The wifi is as strong as the coffee and the atmosphere is very homey. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
I wanted to love this place, as it’s really close to home. I came to study and the wifi would just not work.. the atmosphere was good, the coffee was just okay. Probably won’t be returning.
I like this place enough, but it could be better if the music was lowered down a bit in volume. There are only two restrooms, it would be better if there were more, or if they were labeled as gender inclusive; people forget they can use either even if its gender label doesn’t apply to them in an emergency or whenever! The menu selection is very limited. There are maybe two beverages that are dairy free; they premix the beverages so there’s no option to change the milk type; it would be better if they didn’t premix or if they also premixed beverages without dairy or other milk choices. This place could also be improved if they shared the wifi passwords correctly or had signs telling you what passwords match with what router; or they could easily print it on the receipt. Parking is a hassle, but that is out of their control.
Cute and eclectic shop with a relaxed atmosphere. Patio seating available in addition to indoor area. Great wifi, books and games to entertain everyone.
I really like this place as a reading spot/quick laptop tasks. The horchata is my usual drink. It's got a relaxed vibe and there's plenty of different kinds of seating.
