Best place if you want to work in a cafe. The others, slow wifi is horrible.

Amazing coffee, fast wifi, plenty of outlets, and the workers are very very friendly. Would come back again!

This new foray for CapOne is awesome. It's also nice that they recognize customers with half-off drinks, but are also totally welcoming (with no sales pitch) to others as well.

I had a late afternoon flight, and this was the perfect spot to do a little work before heading to the airport / after checking out of the hotel.

First I would like to start off by saying that Bekka, and Chris are awesome. It saddens me that they have to work in a company where other departments' terrible communication puts them in a predicament where they become helpless.The communication within Capital one is a chaotic mess, leaving employees and clients alike frustrated and confused. Important information is often lost in a tangled web of misguidance that lacks clarity or urgency. Management and call center employees fail to provide clear direction, such as items to bring when arriving in person, leaving one to guess at necessities due to a lack of coordination.
At the request of capital one I had physically went in to a capital one cafe to verify my identity due to suspicion of fraud. Please be mindful that I attempted to come into the cafe 2 additional times before on the weekends due to my schedule but was hindered due to the fashion show mall where the cafe is located attempting to charge $80 for parking, and the lack luster parking environment on black friday. I finally found additional time to come in on a Sunday to provide my requested identification.
Upon arrival, customer service was extremely good.Christopher helped us on that sunday afternoon, however chris did not have the tools to fulfil the task requested of me by the company he worked for. When he called the department to assist him , they stated that they were closed and were unable to complete the task unless it was a monday through friday, and that they, the cafe, were open till eight pm. I appreciate chris for understanding my frustration of my three attempts to get this task completed, and Bekka for so graciously serving my daughter and myself beverages while we tried to resolve the matter at hand. The manager that I spoke to on the phone with chris stated that I would get a call back at eight o'clock in the morning in order to resolve this issue to attempt to find a solution where I didn't have to return to the fashion show mall.
This morning, Monday, I received no call to satisfy the need of a different solution.So I decided to take a long lunch to get this completed and arrived around 1pm, and I was kindly greeted by Bekka who remembered tge situation from the previous day. About 40 minutes in as i provide all requested identification, I was asked to provide my physical copy of my social security card which I had bot been prepped bring in during any previous conversation to lift the restriction my account. I am unable to put in to words the level of frustration I was feeling. I ended up talking to the representative and a manager who could not resolve the issue.I asked Bekka to call back again to speak to somebody else, which she kindly did and the representative that was attempting to assist was unable to because the department closed at five eastern standard time. Mind you no one had stated that you would have to get in prior to five pm eastern standard time in order to get this process completed at any point. I didn't leave the cafe until 2:34 pm, with nothing resolved, my account still being locked, and unable to access funds that has been direct deposited from my job.
This breakdown in communication creates a toxic work environment for the employees, eroding trust and efficiency, and ultimately stifling the company’s growth.
I feel as though the solution would be clear.Expectations of what you should bring to the cafe when requested to come, the hours of operation provied of the department that is requesting the customer to come to the cafe, and/or an agent that is there physically at the cafe to assist when customers are requested to come in physically no matter what the circumstance. This has been an extremely terrible experience. Capital One does not reimburse me for gas, nor does it reimburse me for my time waisted.The frustration level is extremely high!

Great coffee shop to sit down and enjoy coffee. If you’re at the fashion mall, stop and grab a drink here. The ambiance here is much quieter then anything else in the mall. They serve Peet’s Coffee, which is very nice.

The space is big and quite enough, some people here were working on their laptops.
