Very good cappucino and cozy place, also good for working.
Delicious coffee and great relaxed spot to get some work done. Staff is super friendly too!
Spent the last week in Lisbon and loved getting my very good cappuccino/cold brew and Pastel de Nata here.
Friendly service and atmosphere. You can work on the upper floor. There are a few spaces outside to enjoy the sun and busy street.
Nice coffee shop with nice coffee and working space.
Unfortunately the working space close at 15:30 which is really early.
Good coffee. Good wifi. Good service. You can work with the laptop 💻 on the 2nd floor. You do need to order every once and than. Overall great.
Went here specifically to work from my laptop since they advertised that it was laptop friendly but turns out that you can't charge your laptop/phone there (there is a single charging point but that was already claimed by someone else).
Also did not know that the section where you could work from your laptop closes at 16:00 instead of 18:00.
And above all that, the working spaces were all very uncomfortable to sit.
Its a bit too obvious that they want you to leave as soon as possible.
Small corner coffee shop. The flat white and small pastries were delicious! laptops are not allowed, hence tables aren’t blocked by kids for hours 👍🏻
Definitely recommend this place 😊
Great flat white: strong espresso flavor, nice latte-art.
Yoghurt bowl was good, but took too long time to make, and also the staff was unsure, who ordered it.
Nice ambiance. No laptops on the ground floor.
Nice place to work or plan your day to visit Lisbon with a good coffee and pastry
Cozy and nice place!
It was great to spend some time working on the 2nd floor.
I had chai latte and my partner had white hot chocolate - both are great!
But i want to highlight the white hot chocolate- it is like drinking Raffaello 🥥
Good coffee, very friendly service, yummy food & of course a nice working Location! Will come again 🌞
I’ve been coming here almost every morning for the past month. The coffee and service are excellent. They have published from Brazil. That’s pretty darn good too. But the real show stealer is the cheesecake. I’m from the United States. So very picky with how cheesecake is made. I thought this was one of the best I’ve had.
The staff are very pleasant to deal with and the service is great. Definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for a great cappuccino or other specialty coffee.
One more thing worth mentioning is that you can’t use your computer on the first floor. But if you walk upstairs, they have a few spots where you can work from. Keep that in mind if you’re looking for a place to work from.
The brownie presentation was awesome, the flat white absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable. The free wifi was a good treat as well
Excellent speciality coffee shop with pastries and brunch options available. They have wifi and you can work in the upstairs area.
I like this place! Good environment, coffee, and great service! I’m Brazilian and like their pão de queijo as well. They also have a second floor where you can bring your laptop and work from which is great.
Very cozy place. Good coffee
They have a table upstairs for laptop users )
Nice little place for a quiet coffee and bite to eat. The food is well prepared and nice. The service of the staff is very friendly and kind. They are attentive and ensure the tables are kept clean. Not many places if you want to work while having a bite as they have a no laptop policy (but this I understand as there are lots of people who abuse this.) Maybe they could consider a policy that says you can use the table with your laptop while eating over a certain value? Just an idea.
This was a favourite spot of mine. The coffee is great and the staff are friendly. But their new found war on laptops has made the place feel unwelcoming.
I get that small coffee shops struggle with people sitting with a single coffee and hogging a table for 8 hours. But there is no denying that remote working has played a big part in these small coffee shops popping up everywhere in the first place.
Some places have handled this well by limiting laptop use during peak hours or having laptop specific seating. You can come, chill with a coffee, and do some work, without taking over the whole coffee shop.
But Brew have placed "No laptops" signs on every single table. And changing the password code to "we are not a co work" just seems needlessly aggressive. Completely cutting out a steady stream of regulars seems like a bold choice and gives the shop an air of "drink your coffee and get out."
It might explain why the place is completely empty at midday on a Saturday 🤷🏻♂️
Not really cozy and friendly, they have menus on every table but nobody will serve you, which is not obvious because the place has 2 floors. Also some staff make you order from a specific spot where the toilet door and everybody pushes you in the back, because the hall is pretty narrow.
The signs with anti laptop policy at every table, signs with not to bring food with don't look welcoming at all.
