terrible service. totally lazy people working there. everytime.

I was looking for a Cortado - a small coffee with milk (called corta classic here in Sofia) - found this Costa cafe at last. Situated adjacent to city garden and not far from Presidency (President of Bulgaria’s residence), this cafe has a lovely atmosphere to get a coffee and a sandwich or a croissant.

The staff are helpful and smiling and trying to converse in English as much as possible. There’s a good amount of seating but the outdoor seating is lovely when the weather is suitable.

As expected, free wifi and good service at a great location!

That's among the busiest Costa coffee shops in town. Most of the times you'll wait for more than 5 minutes for your drink, the wifi rarely works and most of the time there aren't free tables. The coffee is okay.

If you're looking for a place to work or study at with your laptop, forget it. They'll take your money, nobody will come to clean the table for at least 10 15 mins and cherry on top - wifi is basically nonexistent cause they limit on how many users can use it. Probably staff are all queued up and and no space left for customers who actually go there to pay money for wifi. Turns out you only pay for the Coffee. Not how it should be.

Not much different than all the other Costas, buit the location is great, right on the park across from the National Theater a block from the President's offices. Like other Costas, the wifi is excellent, there is a decent selection of quality snacks, and the coffee is very good. It does get a bit crowded, so it is somtimes difficult to get a table--but otherwise a good place to sit with the computer and people watch in the heart of Sofia.

Very cosy place to work on laptop, accepts Apple Pay, Android Pay. Free wifi, bathroom, powet sockets. The girl at the bar spoke great english and helped me choose a drink. Recommended!

Bad coffee and very weak wifi signal. Two worse things for a coffee shop to have nowdays

Great coffee, great staff, wifi is inadequate for Skype calls.

Costa Coffee is my go-to place for the best coffee in Sofia! The quality is consistently excellent – rich, smooth, and full of flavor. What I love the most is that they offer a great selection of plant-based milk alternatives, including almond and oat milk, which makes every drink even better.

The atmosphere is cozy and modern, perfect for relaxing, working, or catching up with friends. The staff are always friendly and fast, and the menu has plenty of delicious options for both drinks and snacks.

If you’re a coffee lover – especially if you appreciate dairy-free options – this is definitely the best spot in the city!

Overall better than Starbucks. It has nice food, better, more classy atmosphere, the music is at a good volume level, the service is great, there are plugs on the walls, which is really important if you're working from there.
What I didn't like is the lack of hygiene in the toilets. Trash was overflowing everywhere and it was kind of dirty.

The 2 peoples working there on the opening on the 30th july were rude as hell with me, like they started to yell at me because my order was ready and i did not understood bulgarian !!
The tall guy with long hair looks stoned and and slow and the girl had an attitude with customers including me!!!
They aren’t made for working in a business!
Shame on costa coffee if you keep working with this kind of crew!

Cozy place to have coffee with friend, to read a book or to have some snack. I like the cappuccino, especially with cinnamon. If you're visiting this place then try it. Add a butter croissant and you will be in heaven. They have nice and healthy sandwiches as well. Once I tried the beer but it was not cold and I didn't like that but in general the place is OK. You may have a seat near the window, enjoying beautiful view of the garden in front of the national theatre Ivan Vazov. If the fountains are working you may take one cup coffee to go and to spend really relaxing afternoon under the trees in the garden. From time to time there is music as well. With interesting book and cup of coffee you will spend great afternoon.

A lot of customers, a gigantic waiting line, and almost no place to sit. You can take that as a compliment, a good sign. You may have the biggest cup of coffee you can find.
Annoying is the 'don't-approach-me laptop customer with headphones' occupying a table for three using a jacket and a bag.

Not very spacious at all, considering the steep prices and premium looks. Went there with my laptop and was displeased to find out that they only had 2 charging stations placed at inconvenient places around the shop. What makes everything good though is the coffee. Costa never dissapoints with coffee.
