A nice alternative working space in Jogja, located in the Jakal Ring Road area (Pandega Marta) and conveniently close to home. Great for team meetings—each table has power outlets, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating.
The menu is decent; ice americano is not bad, and the snack platter is tasty. wifi can be a bit slow at that time, and the chairs aren’t the most comfortable for long hours. Still, it’s a spot worth visiting for casual work or meetings.
I've visited Daheim many times with my college friends, and it never disappoints. I've tried several items from the menu, including the Tuna Mayo in toast, Chicken cheese Ball, and Popcorn Chicken. Each dish is served with a small vegetable salad and a choice of ketchup or mayo. The prices are incredibly affordable, especially considering the excellent presentation and generous portions. It’s definitely WORTH IT compared to most cafes in Yogyakarta.
As for drinks, I've had the Strawberry Squash (soda) and coffee. The squash was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still enjoyable.
The space itself is quite spacious, offering indoor seating ideal for studying or working on laptops, and outdoor seating perfect for casual chats. There are also two private rooms for coworking, accommodating 6-10 people, equipped with an LCD TV for presentations or meetings. The cafe is cozy, with good lighting, well-thought-out decor, and a smart room layout.
The prayer room could be a bit more organized as it's on the smaller side, but the toilet is spacious and clean.
AND the staff were friendlyyy
To be honest, studying and working at Daheim Cafe is very comfortable and conducive. I’ve proven it myself. I visited Daheim Cafe to attend a graphic design workshop with great designers, and we were given a meeting room with a TV for presentations, a large long table perfect for meetings, air conditioning, and comfy chairs. The price was also affordable for us, and the service was fast and friendly. One day, I’ll definitely visit Daheim Cafe again.
Another coffee shop with bavarian interior style. Offering german inspired menus and coffees. Pocket friendly price with spacious indoor and outdoor seats. It has couple air conditioned meeting rooms and good wifi connections
Good food-good service-good vibe, what could you ask for more in a restaurant cafe? The foods were cooked properly as they put everything in a good measurement. Drinks were also served well. Indeed, as its name Daheim which means 'home' in English, you'll feel like eating European foods at its origin. In addition, free wifi and electric plug are available to make us comfortable to have a 'work from cafe' environment. We will definitely put Daheim to our to go back list. Cannot wait to be back and explore the menu one by one. 🥰
One of the best place in Jogja for studying and working, as it provides adequate facilities for productive activities, such as LCD screens, whiteboards, printer, good wifi, comfortable seating, power outlets and many more.
They offer unique foods and beverages with strong german-european-indonesian fusion style.
Also, interesting and homy atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staffs.
They offer special discounts for students, and they even have membership programs which can be used in many other brands related to them.
I feel horrible for leaving a bad review because the staff was really nice, but this place offers more of an aesthetic experience than good food. the food was horrible, the spaghetti bolognese was way too oily, the lasagna was too liquidy and oily (the meat looked like mashed potato), the mac and cheese was so bland that it tasted like you just boiled macaroni in a pot of milk and forgot to put any cheese or seasoning, the matcha didn’t taste like matcha at all. everything tasted so bad I couldn’t bring to finish anything that I ordered. the price is really cheap so I guess the quality makes sense, tho I’d rather pay a little bit more for a decent quality food. on the positive notes, the place is aesthetically pleasing, has an amazing and calm atmosphere and perfect for those who need to work on their assignments, and the staff are really nice and friendly. the place is perfect for working but not for eating
Daheim is one of my favourite Pandega Marta coffee places. Daheim's facilities are quite suitable for anybody who visits, beginning with service, cable rollers, air conditioning, and so on. Daheim's menu is still reasonably priced, and the restaurant often holds promotions for its customers. Daheim has a very distinct German vibe, and it also allows its buyers to spend time there. However, there is one disadvantage to staying in Daheim: the wifi is not fast enough. Overall, excellent.
A good place for working with laptop.
Good food, affordable price, recommended for lunch or dinner in a large group. Co working space are availabe here.
The food tastes delicious, but the portion is really small.
Great atmosphere for studying/working. The best thing about this place is they have great meeting rooms, highly affordable without extra costs.
Clean restrooms and prayers room 👍
The cafe has a very high quality service. The place is cozy and menus are incredible. The snack are highly affordable. The place provide internet, wide space, good condition for working or hangout. This cafe is highly recommended! One of the best cafe in Jogja.
I like their vibes, so comfortable. Their dishes are quite unique, but i like it. It is a good place for working or spending your time.
Good place to hang out or working
Good food and service too
daheim was my safe place to do my undergraduate thesis, the atmosphere was really calming, i really love the food esp cream soup and mushroom pasta, you can also get students dicount, and it’s near my dormitory so it’s the best place for co working space
A comfortable coworking space for work-from-home (WFH) and meeting with friends. Affordable and affordable, with a varied menu. Meeting rooms are also available for groups looking to focus on discussions.
It's a great place for assignments or work. It's not too noisy. There are plenty of seating options, including indoor and outdoor seating.
The menu has a lot of delicious food, and I tried several. Prices are standard for a restaurant.
The coffee was so-so, not bad.
So, of course, there's Wi-Fi.
There's an outdoor bathroom, too, and it's clean.
At this place, you're immediately greeted by friendly staff. You can order directly from the waiter or order online (with a barcode). The staff are very friendly, always willing to explain things, always smiling, and very attentive. The place has an attractive design. It's also cozy, perfect for working on assignments. There's free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, comfortable seating, and outlets at every table, perfect for assignments. There are also several meeting rooms that can be reserved. There's also an outdoor area and a smoking area (with ashtrays provided). The restrooms are clean and odor-free, which I really like! It just doesn't have mirrors like most restrooms. 😔 This cafe is really clean. The place is spacious, and the parking lot is also spacious for motorcycles. If you have cars, it can only fit a few. The parking lot is neat, and the parking attendants are also diligent in helping to unload and tidy up the motorcycles.
For food and drinks yesterday, I ordered several menu items:
-Baked macaroni: This is honestly delicious. It's small, but it's around 16,000 Rupiah. However, the small plate isn't as full as the menu picture. (Rating 4.7/5)
-Asparagus Corn Cream Soup: The taste was good, but it was a little lacking in flavor because it was a bit bland. There was so little corn that you could count it on your fingers. It was like eating soup with egg on top of the corn, but it was still edible (Rating 3.5/5)
-French Fries: There were a lot of potatoes. It cost around 14,000 Rupiah. There was tomato sauce and some kind of sauce, I don't know what it was called, but it was runny (Rating 5/5).
-Cocktail Sausages: This was delicious!! The presentation was also good. The taste was good, and the portion was just right for the price (Rating 5/5)
-Yakult Lemon: This was delicious. It had a refreshing sourness (Rating 5/5)
-Lemon Tea: This had a good balance of tea and lemon flavors. It was really delicious and refreshing (Rating 5/5)
After ordering, we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks to arrive because they were really fast. Every time we finished eating, the staff would also take our plates and glasses away.
All the food is reasonably priced for students. There's an additional 5% tax, and I forgot what it was when ordering via barcode. Payments can be made via QRIS, cash, and if you buy via barcode, you can use Dana, ShopeePay, and Link Aja. There's a bank option, but I couldn't click on it yesterday.
Thank you. I'll be back again next time, I'm so satisfied! 🥰🙏
Always be successful🫶
The location is strategically located near the Pogung boarding house. Parking is available for both motorcycles and cars. The food and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. There's a private room available for a minimum purchase of 180,000 Rupiah, which can accommodate 12 people for 4 hours. One thing that needs improvement: the Wi-Fi signal is slow and often experiences interruptions. A prayer room and restrooms are available.
The location isn't strategically located on a main road, and parking is limited. However, there are parking attendants willing to guide you to safe parking.
Furthermore, this co-working space offers a quiet environment. The concept is also designed for people working from home (WFH). The menu is varied and delicious. Yesterday I ordered Hazelnut Coffee and I loved the taste.
A Dutch-style cafe in Yogyakarta that's aesthetic, comfortable, and Instagrammable. It makes visitors feel like they're in the neighboring Netherlands. Free Wi-Fi! Perfect for getting work done. There's also a meeting room, a prayer room, and ample parking. 😍❤️
First time here for WFC. It turns out the indoor area isn't that big, but there's an outdoor area and a meeting room that's quite comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and perfect for studying, working, or meetings.
The Wi-Fi was a bit slow when I visited, but it might still be working well today.
✅ Shared restrooms inside
✅ Prayer room in the back (outside) area, with seating for 2-3 people.
With a classic-vintage feel, Daheim is a cafe offering a Belgian-inspired space.
Pros: It has a large space that can accommodate many people. There are indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as a backyard. It has fairly fast and stable Wi-Fi, making it a suitable place for work and discussions. Prices are quite affordable for a cafe in the Pandega Marta neighborhood. The ordering process is also sophisticated, via mirrored sites.
Cons: There's plenty of air conditioning, but it's not very cool; in fact, it wasn't turned on when we arrived. The room is relatively dim, and the classic concept makes the atmosphere too gloomy. Price determines the quality of the food, but I think it's better not to be too cheap to maintain quality. Parking is quite limited, so it can be a bit of a hassle if the space is full.
The atmosphere is comfortable for assignments. The prices are affordable for students, as there's a student discount. You can also refill your water. There's a clean prayer room and clean restrooms. There's also a co-working space. The service is friendly. The staff are kind and helpful. The place is also aesthetically pleasing.
The location is strategic, close to campus, especially UGM. It's easy to find, located on the edge of Jalan Pandega, and stands out due to its unique design compared to other cafes along the road.
It features a parking area, indoor and outdoor areas, restrooms, and a prayer room. The parking area is actually quite spacious, but sometimes it's a bit difficult for cars to park off-site when it's full.
The seating area is very comfortable, and the height is perfect for assignments. Since this cafe's tagline is "a coworking space," it's designed for assignments, so it's perfectly designed. There are seating for two and six people, and there are also rooms for rent as coworking spaces.
There are power outlets at every table, making it safe for a leaky laptop. If you still don't have enough, you can definitely ask the staff for a T-plug, and they're friendly. The menu is varied, and when you look at it again, the theme is German (it's because the concept is German, the building style is like that, even the details of the building are very unique). For all the menus, if you have a student ID card or proof that you are still a student, you can get a 15% discount (this is as of June 2022, maybe there will be changes later, I don't know).
The impression that sticks in this place is that it is very comfortable for assignments, because the vibe is calm. It's really homey. But the AC is really cold, haha.
Cool DAHEIM! Continued success 🌊🌊
This is the perfect place for those looking for a cafe that's friendly for working on assignments. There are plenty of spots to work on assignments, with outlets and fast Wi-Fi.
The food and drinks are delicious and budget-friendly. Everything is complete, from tea, coffee, milkshakes, salads, soups, main courses, and desserts. If you want to snack, you can too; Daheim offers a wide selection of snacks for you to try.
I bought jasmine tea and a snack platter here, and it was so yum yum.
The sugar for the jasmine tea is served separately, so you can adjust it to your liking.
The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and really delicious.
Oh yeah, they also offer private rooms. There are various options. The smallest room is for 6 people, the largest is for 20 people. Payment can be made with the room rental price or with a minimum order. The facilities are plentiful and complete, so if you need a private room, you can definitely come here. 🤩
Come here quickly and experience the atmosphere. 😚
A cafe with a very German concept, old Europe, classic. Comfortable atmosphere, extensive menu and delicious coffee. Perfect for assignments or discussions here. There are many rooms for meetings too. And... students get a special 15% discount if they can show proof of student ID. Ample parking, fast and friendly service. Full wifi coverage, power outlets everywhere. This is Daheim Kaffee Kollab Kultur, a student friend 👏
The atmosphere is comfortable, not crowded so it's good for working on assignments/thesis. The vibe is very German, the wifi is also quite fast, there are power outlets at every table. The staff are also all friendly, and for such an aesthetic cafe, the food is relatively cheap compared to other aesthetic cafes, it's quite tasty for cafe food and the large platter portions can make you full. Don't forget for students/college students to show their student ID to get a 15% discount on all items.
The lasagna is delicious... The place is comfortable and good for hanging out, prayer room facilities, wifi. You can also hold events here, such as watching online concerts or meetings, there are rooms provided. It's just a shame that the fish menu yesterday ordered fisch n chips and Nordsee fisch which was a bit fishy and soft
Very cozy, lots of plugs...fast wifi
It's one of my favorite places to do assignments. The prices are relatively affordable for a cafe in Yogyakarta, especially with a 15% student card discount with no minimum purchase. The indoor atmosphere is cool, but some spots feel hot due to the lack of air conditioning and the heat from the windows. There are plenty of outlets at every table, too! And they have rollers~
The parking lot is actually quite spacious, but it gets really crowded when it's busy. The Wi-Fi is also good! You can refill your water here. ✨✨
The ambiance is actually nice, with plenty of outlets, and comfortable chairs for WFH/tasks.
If this cafe is for co-working, here are some criticisms:
1. The AC isn't powerful enough (especially in the cubicles, I can't feel it).
2. The employees are really noisy! 😭 Please, they're all working and studying, but the internal noise is singing, chatting loudly, shouting, and the thumping sounds in the kitchen.
3. The kitchen is in the same room, not a separate one, so you know the result.
4. The asphalt on the front road needs to be fixed. Many of the roads are damaged, making parking difficult.
The place is cozy.
Perfect for WFA.
The food is also delicious.
The butter rice is great, the katsu isn't too hard, and the chicken is juicy.
The Wi-Fi is smooth.
This is a really recommended place to work or use your laptop.
The drinks and food are affordable, with a wide selection of German-themed options. The interior is simple and matches the theme, though the lighting is a bit dim (yellow). There are power outlets at every table, the air conditioning is cool in the afternoon, and there's plenty of parking.
There's a prayer room, clean restrooms, and fast Wi-Fi.
Pros: Comfortable place, fast free Wi-Fi
Cons: Inattentive service, hot common seating area
Quiet location, stable Wi-Fi, very affordable prices starting from 17k. And there are discounts for students. Best in class 👍👍
The place is comfortable for assignments, the Wi-Fi is good, and there are sockets at each table. There are rooms that can be booked for group use. The standard price is still worth it.
This is really suitable for students, based on the price, it's appropriate and the menu is all delicious, the toilet is clean and there is a prayer room. It's great for assignments, no need to worry about running out of battery, it's safe, I say. The wifi is smooth, the only minor minus for me is the lighting, the warm yellow color doesn't suit me, it feels like cosplaying as a brooding chicken egg :((
The menu is delicious and the price is not too expensive 👌🏻 There is also a discount if you use a student card. The atmosphere is calm, good for assignments 👍 oh yes, there is a prayer room, the wifi is safe too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The place is aesthetically pleasing, and the prices are reasonable!
This cafe is located on Jl. Pandega Marta, north of the road. Parking is ample, accommodating both cars and motorcycles. I went there during the day, and the atmosphere was cozy and the music wasn't too loud. The service was friendly. There's a prayer room and restrooms, and Wi-Fi is accessible after ordering. There's a private space for 3-6 people that can be reserved in advance. This space is quite comfortable because it's soundproof. I ordered a cappuccino and a snack platter. The coffee was okay, but the snacks were delicious and the portions were generous. The prices are also reasonable, not too expensive. Overall, this cafe is worth checking out.
A great place to eat and do assignments. It's equipped with free Wi-Fi, power outlets at every table, and a prayer room. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
The meeting room is comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, and affordable rental rates starting at 80k Rupiah for 4 hours. The food is delicious and not too expensive. Perfect for cramming for assignments.
My first time doing an assignment at Daheim, this place feels like a private luxury home with fast wifi and free mineral water. It's really great, and the cashier was really cool, funny, very friendly but polite. I highly recommend it for those of you who want to do an assignment here.
The service is really good. The only downsides are the wifi and AC.
The place is great for doing assignments, comfortable, and has good Wi-Fi. The service is friendly. The food is excellent, with lots of choices. The price is very reasonable.
The coffee is so-so, but the place is really comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast. The price is cheap... try the lasagna, it's delicious 😋
The place is nice
It's not hot but it's not cold either, but I don't know what if it's deeper inside, you can rent a private room too
wifi okay
Nice cafe for WFC. Good wifi. Good price. Lots of sockets.
I often book a meeting room here because it's close and affordable, with screens and sound. The downside is that the Dresden meeting room never has a Wi-Fi signal; you have to use a personal hotspot.
The Wi-Fi is fine outside, but the AC might be a bit too cold for some of my friends, but that's fine for me.
The menu, though, isn't to my liking, is a bit off. The drinks and desserts are delicious.
The room rental is totally worth it. It has Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, and tables. It's perfect for meetings, etc. I came here during Ramadan, so I didn't have time to try the food.
