Foxtail Coffee Co.

I was in there today, at the counter, and for 1hr 24mins there was a steady stream of customers out the door. The work never ended during that time. Behind the counter: Only Camille and Dante. I’ve never seen any 2 work as hard as they did; so much so that I congratulated them when I left. Both were beyond professional. Not once was there any tension, stress, or aggravation from the employees. Camille constantly making drinks, portafilter one after the other locking into place, impressive accuracy, not making a single mistake. And Dante with his first-class customer service skills, food prep, and managing seemingly endless orders. It’s out of character for me to make comments or leave a review, but I felt this success story really needed to be shared.

Good coffee, nice place to work or chill with friends.

I needed a place to work while I was out so I tried Foxtail. The service was good and the atmosphere conducive to working.

The employees were nice and welcoming. Also tried Julian’s special, “Twix”. It was really good. Definitely recommend and it’s a great environment to get your work done!

Good iced coffee, great ambiance for working

It is your average coffee shop. Coffee is decent and so is the service but neither are exceptional. The one thing that really takes away from the experience are the extremely poor quality wobbly tables outside. I saw one women with her table at a 40 degree angle incline trying to work on her laptop. I tried to do the same at a different table but it was so wobbly (plus no wifi connection outdoors even 5 feet from the entrance) that I opted to enjoy my coffee indoors where they blast the A/C. I should have gotten an hot drink instead. To note: I live in Europe but come back every 6 months or so and the problem of wobbly and or dirty sticky tables has been an ongoing issue ever since the place opened. Unfortunately, there are no other coffee shops in Lake Nona (Starbucks is not coffee) otherwise I would head elsewhere. Small changes would make a big difference!

Came in with my family, sat at the bar and staff ignored us and was chatting in a convo. After we ordered, the staff went over and back to ignore us. My nephew spilled his hot chocolate and we asked for napkins and server pointed to the other side of the shop and said they are down there. A customer saw it and went and got us napkins. If you don’t want to do a service job, don’t work in one.
