terrible coffee, wifi wasn’t working, and i couldn’t find any outlets. yummy scone though, and really nice people working there

I come to Good Earth when I need a good coffee and an even better environment to get some work done (or play scrabble on my phone while I tell myself “ok in 5 minutes you have to start on some work”).

Free wifi, super clean bathrooms, great coffee and prices, and fantastic staff. Shoutout to Allison who helped me figure out what song was playing and was super lovely to myself and every other customer I saw her interact with. As a bonus, they have a really good rewards program and huge windows to enjoy the sunshine through.

There are no outlets though so come with your devices charged, because you're not going to want to leave to plug them in somewhere else.

Stopped by this morning, Monday, January 13, around 9 a.m. for a coffee and to get some work done.

Unfortunately, I had a such a negative experience with the staff member (Asian girl) working at the counter. She seemed completely uninterested in assisting and gave the impression that the entire interaction was inconvenient for her. When I was leaving, I asked a couple of questions and requested a to-go cup for my coffee. However, she was more focused on her phone than engaging with me or addressing my request.

As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that everyone can have off days. That said, a coffee shop employee is often a customer’s first interaction in the morning, and that interaction can set the tone for the rest of their day. A friendly and attentive attitude goes a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

While I enjoyed the coffee and appreciated the ample workspace, this experience left a sour impression. I won’t be returning to this location, but I hope this feedback encourages a greater focus on customer service in the future.

Great spot! Plenty of seating, some along a pleasant window. Vegan options available. Great coffee!

Some issues with the wifi - some devices connect but others cannot. The owners should look into their router's settings.

Very nice place to sit and study with good coffee and foods :) sometimes the wifi takes a while for internet to work but if you are patient it will work eventually!

Surprised at how well they manage to balance price with good quality food. Not only that, but the baristas here are very kind and will give you the wifi code if you ask. It’s a wonderful place to hang out with friends but also to get some studying done.

Students rejoice; this is an amazing coffeeshop for studying as it's open from 7 - 9 on most days! The atmosphere is cute and definately calm enough to study in with some headphones (there are only around ~20 seats though). The baked goods are nice, the drink menu is varied (smoothies and frappes!) but I haven't tried anything but the coffee (which is fine).

The service is what I love though. The baristas are friendly but the best person I've met so far is Levi!!!! I was late to a meeting and having trouble connecting to the wifi and he not only hotspotted me BUT GAVE ME HIS PHONE SO IT WOULD BE NEAR ME!!!! I connected to the cafe wifi after around 5 min thankfully but I was blown away by his kindness. Manager if you see this give Levi a raise or something

Great ambiance and enough seating to work remote (no outlets available so come with your laptops charged). I’ve come to the coffee shop multiple times and every time I am greeted by the friendly staff. The coffee taste great and the customer service is on point! Would definitely recommend!

Good place to work or have a quick coffee. The egg salad sandwhich and mocha were delicious but the cappuccino was more like a latte…

Lovely spot to work or hang out! On the smaller side for seating but good options if you can get a seat. No issues working on school work here! Ordered a hot chai latte, very nice and comforting drink.

Great cafe for working on your laptop. Amazing drinks too. Only downside it’s a little small and quite humid inside. And can get loud if there’s a lot of people chatting.
