Nice staff and an overall nice play to do some work in, good cinnamon buns as expected too

Way too sweet and dripping in oil. Both with and without icing buns are too sweet. The top is crunchy and I don’t like that. I came in the afternoon and I feel the buns were not fresh enough. There are dense and crunchy parts in the bun and less dense parts. The bun looks thick on the outside but in reality when you unroll the spiral the middle parts are very thin and not airy. I prefer JJ Bean because their bun is softer, more fluffy and less oily. Moreover, the tables were not cleaned up fast and there was a cup and a plate leftover on my table. It’s also hard to find the wifi password. Ask for what boxes you want upon ordering because if you don’t, they charge you for extra boxes. Last but not least, some buns have more icing than others.

The service here is horrendous, they made a simple mistake on my order because they weren't paying attention to me, when I was ordering that we're looking everywhere and trying to multitask at the same time and then when they made a mistake they were surprised. And when I said I apologize but I believe this may have been made incorrectly or it's somebody else's and we asked around it was nobody else's should have been mine, and it was made incorrectly, and then they got upset and blamed me for it when I try to explain it their attitude was holier than art thou as if they're better than everyone else. My order was correctly in the system as I ordered it, but they didn't make it correctly. These people have no understanding of taking accountability for doing something incorrectly even though it's not even a big issue it's not something to get angry about you just make something again but they think they're completely perfect here based on this experience. These people should not be anywhere near the service industry, cuz their service is horrible and have no understanding of what proper service is to actually focus on a customer and then a tone for your mistakes. Don't go here go to some other place anywhere else but here. Too bad my lunch break from work what should have been good!
