The burger bun was not soft and very chewy. Little overpriced than other cafe-bar. Good wifi and seating area.

A nice, calm and spacious coffee place, also good if you need to get some work done on the laptop. Coffee was very good :) Seats are comfy. And the wifi is working very well too ✔️

Atmosphere is terrible. Usually mostly empty with almost a dozen staff milling around. My coffee cup was unclean, my water glass smelt bad (and the previous day I was served hot water?). The place is uncomfortable given the stated environment of lots of staff with little to do. Card is accepted and there is wifi, though few seating areas have outlets for laptops. The place has a borderline bankrupt and ghostly vibe to it, so I can't see it lasting long. Definitely the worst one I've visited in Nepal thus far.

Reliable coffee and large delicious sandwiches. Picolo latte not on the menu, but the macchiato is easily adaptable. Sandwiches are so large they are effectively two serves, recommend sharing. wifi good. Fantastic view of the lake. Peaceful and relaxing vibe.

Taking the price it out account, the food is below average. Quite stuffy place, as no fans or celling fans exist.

What I hate is that the VAT 13% and service fee 10% is charged on top of the bill.

wifi: Okay. Password: espresso
Powe plug sockets: Plenty
Noise: a bit loud

The coffee it’s okay and they have different veg milks option but the wifi doesn’t work at all. Not a good place if you have to work

Nice spot with good coffee and yogurt. Would be a nice spot to work but the wifi is quite slow (in the 1mbps range when I was there).

Worst place I’ve ever been to. What an ATTITUDE! I travel with my little 5kg dog for a year in India and Nepal and it was the first place we were NOT ALLOWED even to sit OUTSIDE. There was nobody outside. We walked there for 25 min, I made an order and then I was told we were not allowed with my pet. Strongly NOT RECOMMEND, fire your manager. He should not be working there, he’s ruining the business.

Coffee was really good, girls working there are very friendly. If u sit at the balcony, there is a nice view to the lake! Minus one star for not having a restroom there.

Chilled vibe and great coffee. Free, fast wifi is provided. While maybe a little over priced for the area, the desserts are delicious.

This was my first time shopping here, and I had a really poor experience.
I came to buy coffee beans today. At checkout, I was deciding whether to pay by cash or card. When the cashier asked if I needed a bag, I replied simply with “cash”. Right after that, I noticed the cashier exchanged a glance with another staff member beside her, looking extremely impatient and dismissive.

The two stars are for the staff who helped me with coffee bean selection. She was wonderful. It would feel unfair to this hard‑working, professional team member to leave an overall low rating.

I was upset by such rude behaviour from her. It was highly unprofessional, making this an overall unpleasant shopping experience.
