Java Lounge - Kandy

Lovely place, located at the center of the city. I've received great service from the staff- Supan, Yasith, and Sadeesha.

Goede sfeer, lekkere koffie (ten minste echte barista koffie en niet van die slappe aftreksels zoals die in Sri Lanka worden gedronken), goede wifi en tof plekje!

Nice to relax from the busy citylife of Kandy.

Coffee is good, staff is super friendly. Location perfect, nice outdoor seating. Hemantha was a great help getting the laptop plug to function. He really went out of his way.

I always come here to work when I need a change of scenery to work. The service is top-notch, thanks to Supun, Sadeesha and Asfan who are incredibly attentive and make each visit memorable. The ambiance is peaceful and perfect for getting work done, making it easy to stay productive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy spot with excellent service!

It's a nice place to get some work done on a weekday (gets crowded on weekends and even Fridays). Their wifi issues aside, very convenient

Average service, great location, very expensive, cappuccino was good, tea was average, they charge extra for everything and it's already super expensive.
I will only recommend it for its location and ambience.

wifi passwords didn't work, the employee tries to give a new one but also doesn't work. No apology or try to solve the problem. They just vanished.

It's a place for tourists, very expensive and the service doesn't meet the expectations.

They definitely need a good manager, you can't charge so much and have this poor management of the place.

I don't understand the high rating of this place.

Products are overpriced. The attention was bad at the counter, the tea was bad, They only provide 30 minutes of wifi. But it's really 0 because the wifi is so slow it's not usable.

Good and prompt service. Excellent latte. Great location with indoor and outdoors seating on three floors. You get 30 minutes of free wifi 🛜.

I come regularly here. The vibe is amazing, with a calm atmosphere. It's a much better getaway to do some work on my laptop. The staff is professional and friendly, especially Dilshan. His attention to detail and treatment of each and every customer as a unique individual is priceless.

Es ist ein schönes Kaffee auf 2 Etagen. Der Kaffee ist gut und das wifi funktioniert mit Voucher für 1 Stunde.
Die Preise sind schon auf sehr hohem Niveau. Im Verhältnis zu anderen Dingen ist das sehr teuer. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug.
Wir waren 2 x da.

I found this place while searching a cafe to study for an exam in the evening. I could find a table with a power outlet to charge the laptop nearby. It was bit noisy (may be because it was Saturday morning) but with headset on everything went well. Recommended!
