JOE & THE JUICE

I come here almost every week, usually to grab a coffee and get some work done on my laptop, and it has become one of my favorite spots in The Hague. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the music is good, and the staff are genuinely friendly and full of positive energy.
The coffee is consistently great, the food is fresh and tasty, and the juices definitely live up to the hype. Everything is prepared quickly, even when it’s busy.
A special shout-out to Dimitris and the team for always creating such a warm and enjoyable environment. You can tell they really care about customer experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place with good vibes quality food and drinks and excellent service!

Went there a couple of times and each time enjoyed myself very much! The couches are super comfortable especially if you consider studying or working there. I’d say the staff were also very friendly and helpful which made me feel relaxed! I’d recommend this Joe to anyone who’s looking for a cosy spot to sit down and enjoy delicious coffee!

I visited this location today around 1:00 PM during lunchtime. I understand that this is a busy time so having to wait a bit longer for my order was completely understandable and not an issue.
Because of the wait, I had time to observe the staff while they were working. There were three employees on duty: one preparing sandwiches (the brunette) one making juices (the blond) , and another (orange hair) handling the register and distributing and completing the orders. What concerned me was that the employee responsible for packing and handing out customer orders was eating her own sandwich while working. At the same time, she was handling customers’ sandwiches and orders. From a hygiene perspective, this did not seem appropriate and made me uncomfortable.
I generally understand that staff need to eat during long shifts, but food should ideally be consumed during a proper break and not while handling customers’ food. This may sound strange, and there may have been absolutely nothing wrong with my sandwich, but after seeing this, my food ended up leaving me with a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. Whether that was simply because of what I had observed or not, it affected my overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as maintaining good hygiene standards is important.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this place was extremely poor. There were crumbs all over the sofas and the floor, and food leftovers on the tables. It genuinely looked like the space hadn’t been vacuumed or properly cleaned for a long time.No matter how good the food might be, it’s impossible to enjoy it when you can’t even sit on the sofa without feeling disgusted.This is not a complaint about the girls working there — they were doing their job. This is clearly issue that should be solved by managers.

Hard working people, decent sandwich. However a 25 min wait for a simple take away sandwich is a bit too long for me.

The food is great, the best! but the toilet hasn't been working for weeks. I had to go 2 times to another place to bring my 5 year old daughter to pee.

One of my favourite spots in The Hague! It’s great for working on your laptop, studying, or just vibing. The overall atmosphere is always very cozy, with plenty of space to sit. It always feels personal and fun thanks to Dimitris, Amali, and the whole team! They always welcome you with great energy and a smile, even when they’re busy. They’re always ready to help you choose if you can’t decide (me, always :)). Everything is fresh and tastes great, especially their coffee. I absolutely recommend this location! <3

I come to Joe & The Juice very regularly, often with my laptop to get some work done. It has genuinely become my favourite place to sit, work, have a coffee and grab something to eat or drink.

What makes this place special for me is the team. Kristina, Dimitrius, Louisa and Amelia have all been here for a long time during the years I’ve been coming, and that really adds to the familiar and personal feeling of the place. They are always friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to, and the same goes for the rest of the team.

They even remember what I usually order, which is something I really appreciate. Sometimes when I’m busy working on my laptop and they have the opportunity, they’ll even bring my order over to the table for me. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about the service and the way they treat their customers.

The atmosphere is always relaxed, the service is great and I always enjoy coming back. Definitely my favourite Joe & The Juice.
