Food coffee but terrible service. For a café in a touristic area they should be nice to foreign customers. Since I don’t have an Indian phone numer I couldn’t use the wifi and they didn’t help me at all.

Kala Ghoda Cafe has fantastic food and an incredible vibe, but the service leaves much to be desired. During my last visit with five friends, the servers were blatantly focused on a large table with mostly white patrons, completely ignoring the rest of us. It was frustrating trying to get their attention, and the favoritism felt both obnoxious and discriminatory. I hope the management addresses this behavior, as it taints an otherwise wonderful experience. Also there is no phone network and they give you wifi access for only 45 mins!

Visited this place yesterday. Have a quiet and uninterrupted work session for a couple of hours. The staff were professional and helpful.
