An excellent brunch local restaurant in the central area of Copenhagen. We found this place with an interesting interior design mix of Berlin and Iceland, with super tasty food and very good prices.
We went for the salmon on toast with the extra avocado and eggs, oatmeal and cappuccino.

The host is super friendly and the food was done quite fast, they have wifi and we really loved that they were using real candles for light.
I also like the interior design, vintage, kinda Berlin style and also very clean. Overall a very nice experience if you are in the central area. I highly recommend it A+.

Very cozy little restaurant for long winter afternoons with tea and friends. There is a wifi connection and a healthy selection of smørbrod type dishes. Loved the avocado one. Make sure you come early if you want some of the breakfast menu. Excellent organic teas and hygge candles.

Looking for smorrebrod for lunch and with Husmanns Vinstue fully booked, Kompa 9 was an excellent alternative. It's a small cafe in central Copenhagen with two dining areas, a menu full of breakfast and lunch options and strong wifi. I ordered the smoked cream cheese and potato smorrebrod and it was perfectly refreshing. The staff are also very kind!

We went there around ten in the morning and they said they dont serve breakfast as they are out of bread while we just ordered yoghurt...?The option left was sandwiches... and pretty sure that needs bread. But as they do not want us to wait for 45 mins as they chef is alone we left.
The cafe has nice setting n free wifi.

Utroligt at en lille stykke bananbrød (ikke endda kage!) kan koste 45 dkk. Den er alt for dyrt, og størrelsen desværre skuffende.

Cafeen er hyggeligt men virkelig dyrt og man får ikke meget mad.

Den ligger i nærheden, super centralt
Fordelen ved caffen er at den er super cosy og desuden har de wifi og er tilladt at side med laptop og arbejde

Net er ikke velegnet til handicappede og børnvogner

We came when it was very busy, but everything was great, the food, the service and the atmosphere 5/5! The people that are working there are very friendly, especially the owner - a great guy. Visit the place - you will not be disappointed.

It’s my second time at this place. I like the food, but I’m mostly here because of the friendly and welcoming staff! I always recommend this place to my friends. Today, I tried to leave a couple of krones for a very charming young waitress, but she told me that she couldn’t accept it because it was already included in her salary. In that moment, I confirmed that she was sweet and welcoming not for the money (even if I think that she truly deserves it after being so efficient and caring), and that made me smile. It’s cool to have a place where the staff makes you feel good and happy,. I could see it in the other customers as well; they all left with a smile after the service! Even though the place was a little busy and the waitress was working very fast (so we didnt have to wait long), she managed to give us the BEST service, we even ask her if she could teach us some Italian 😂 . I think it’s the place with the best service I have ever been to. It’s truly beautiful seeing hard working people. Also the coffee and the pastries are excellent. Thank you!!!

Took 45 minutes to get two orders of scrambled eggs and other patrons were receiving their food before us. When I asked about our food, it was clear they forgot our orders even though the staff kept walking by us and clearly saw we had no food. No working bathroom and it was cold in the restaurant. Although the food was good when we finally received it, there are many other places in Copenhagen that deliver good food AND service (and a working bathroom).

I want to give a five. The owner is kind and humorous. The cashier was nice. The vibe is cool. Food was very good and a delicious homemade chocolate cake. But you are also responsible for the environment. My experience was ruined. They either allow or overlook the bane and future death of many good establishments. The laptop gang. Student-types who camp out taking up tables, one of which is nursing a hours old coffee and the other a token salad while being loud and obnoxious. Sadly all Americans. I blame my own country for these obnoxious unaware brats. I have no problem web surfing while you drink your coffee or tea but study group is just rude. Hopefully an exception not a rule. I won’t be back to find out.

Very nice place and the people working there are really friendly. Breakfast options are very tasty. You might have to wait a while, but it’s worth it.

Expensive like everything here but i stayed with laptop a few hours and it was nice

Unreal breakfast and atmosphere. The woman working the counter was so nice as well! Highly recommend.
