Great food, fast service, open early that it is convenient for working people.
Best people working. Friendly. Awesome!
Nice air conditioned local coffee shop with free wifi, and numerous power points for people(like ne) who need them. Food is average but have a good selection, price wiseis average (but do take note of the tax on top of the price indicated in the menu). Highly recommended as an alternative to the other more expensive angmo cafe.
Came here after mall shopping as I wanted to dine at a cafe with natural light, not inside a mall. This cafe is like those Oriental, Hock Kee, Nanyang Dao chains in JB - extensive menu, lots of choices. There is a sheltered outdoor patio dining and vast indoor Aircon dining so no issues finding a table. I'm here now on a Sat 230pm, there are diners but not packed. I like the atmosphere of the place, the pretty floor tiles, retro decor. U can choose a table by the glass windows and watch the world go by, in Aircon comfort. Sabah tourist office is just opposite.
I don't have issue with the service, food was served promptly. There is no one to seat u at the door, just grab one menu by the door, choose any table u like, fill in the order chit on the table and place order at cashier counter. Quite fuss free imo.
I read reviews abt drinks being too sweet hence I ordered kopi C kosong since there are sugar trays on each table.
Seafood tuaran noodle is ok, 3 succulent shrimps, 3 slices of fried fish. Fish was abit dry and tough but overall dish is ok. I finished 90% even though I wasnt hungry!
May come again for meals since it's v near Hyatt Centric where we are staying. FYI, they provide wifi so u can chill here for awhile.
Among all the Kopi Ping branches, this one is my favourite, mainly because I can charge my phone or laptop. It’s a great place to get some work done while hanging out with friends. The vibe is just right for me, making it my go-to after-work café to wind down. The food and drinks are okay, and the prices are reasonable. I especially like the red bean buns, curry puffs, and tarts, which are also available at night and served hot.
Good food choices but customer service is slow. Their one working cashier for order AND pay is just not working for they are a lots of tables. They better bring back waiters taking order at the tables as some customers like to ask a lot of questions and taking so long to order.
Ordered Kopi Tarik Madras which is good and chichken porridge. The porridge could use more veggies like spring onion and toppings. It is empty as the void in my heart.
