Great coffee, super desserts and a brunch menu that won't break the bank! Free wi-fi and laptop friendly in the upstairs area.

This cafe in the Ilisia area is my fave. Local professionals hang out here quite a bit, so it is ok to be seen with a laptop - once in awhile - in a cafe in Athens:-) The location is perfect, situated right across from a park and close to the many hotels in the area. They serve brunch all day, amazing! Fantastic food and service, good music, great wine selection and seasonal menu. Not a large menu but every single item is worthy of a 5-star review.

I really like this place! I usually go there to work. It opens up at 8 in the morning, which is very convenient, as most such places open at 9. Food is pretty good with good quality ingredients, on the expensive side. But, I guess that's the price you pay for quality. Also, coffees taste good with a perfect roast, except only one time which had a peculiar off taste... I also like the decoration - a bistro-like experience. Ample of power outlets also add to the working experience! The personell is kind and thoughtful.

I went for a few hours with my laptop. The place is very warm, with table seats that remind me of another era. The service was very kind, she showed me which seat was best for working on the computer. First, I ordered a coffee that was Kudu brand (fixed value) and then a croque madame. While it looked nice and didn't skimp on the béchamel, the taste was a bit indifferent. Maybe with grated cheese instead of slices, with a little toasting on the toast bread and some spice for taahpinia it would definitely go up.
