The place offers a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, ideal for working or studying. The outdoor seating is just as enjoyable, with the calming sound of a fish pond adding a nice touch. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more pleasant. Whether you’re here to focus or just relax, it’s a solid choice for a productive day out.

I really love this coffee shop! It's super comfortable for working, with plenty of seating and outlets available. The parking area is spacious, and the toilets are clean. The coffee is delicious and definitely worth the price, and the mix platter is also good. However, the pastries could be improved.

Visited at grand opening. Crowd are tolerable, sound insulation at indoor room are quite good. Place was cozy enough for me to work while on zoom meet, wifi a bit slow though.

Snacks are okay, servers are quick and polite. Price are standard.

What is not okay are:
> it's 2023, time to save climate. Isn't it common sense to serve dine in drinks using glass or ceramic cup? Yet they use PLASTIC cup instead, be better next time, please.
> Prayer room is cramped if not narrow. Not comfortable for people that are taller than 170 centimeters height.

One of the coworking spaces that could be an option for remote workers or students working on their thesis. The parking area is spacious, and most importantly, there are no parking attendants (hopefully it stays that way). It offers indoor seating (air-conditioned) with a capacity of around 14 people and a spacious outdoor area, both equipped with plenty of power outlets. The menu is standard, with drinks ranging from IDR 10k–30k and food around IDR 30k. If you'd like to try their affogato, it’s highly recommended as the flavor is perfectly balanced.

Beautiful place, nice to study. Good wifi and enough plugs. Food and drinks took a bit long though, more than 30 minutes. But depends per time.

good place for working and chilling

July 2, 26/ Hot chocolate 28k, KSM (Madani milk coffee) peppermint 28k, maco sadilla 30k. The hot chocolate is delicious, standard. The KSM is interesting, with a rare peppermint flavor. The peppermint flavor at the beginning is refreshing, but the bitterness of the coffee is quite strong at the end. I think it's a bit burnt, but my friend said the coffee is made with Arabica. My friend also doesn't like the peppermint flavor, it tastes like basil, haha. The sadilla is savory and delicious, filled with cheese, chopped onions, smoked beef, and corn.

The place is spacious, with an indoor air-conditioned area, a semi-outdoor area on the back terrace, and an outdoor area. You can get a few tissues as needed at the cashier's desk. There's Wi-Fi, and power outlets at each table, making it convenient for doing assignments. There's also a prayer room. Parking is in the front yard, spacious, and there's no parking attendant.

Overall, the place is nice, and the drinks are pretty good. Prices are a bit pricey for cafe standards.

The place is very nice and quiet, especially for those who work remotely. It's also great for hanging out, with its outdoor area being very nice. The food is still affordable and delicious, especially the drinks, especially the new menu called Ube Matcha 🤤
The Wi-Fi is fast, the bathroom and prayer room are very clean, there are no disturbing odors, everything smells good.

I found this cafe while searching on Google Maps, which is quite close to my boarding house. The place is comfortable and has lots of tables and chairs, both indoor and outdoor. There are also power outlets available in several places. Interestingly, there are shelves filled with books and a fish pond. There are toilets and a prayer room. I chose an indoor place and ordered a Maco (palm sugar) milk coffee. I thought it was delicious, the palm sugar was sweet enough even though it lacked sugar. Free Wi-Fi too.

Location: Very easy to find, right next to the road, ample parking space for up to 6 cars and many motorcycles, no parking barriers, so self-service.

F&B: Wide variety of coffee and non-coffee options, snacks and main meals available, standard Yogyakarta cafe prices, and strong, aromatic coffee.
Self-service system.

Atmosphere: Indoor air-conditioned and outdoor seating area, spacious with plenty of outlets. Books are also available for borrowing.
Wi-Fi is also quite fast.
Toilets and a prayer room are available.

Employees: Very friendly and informative.

Cash/less payment available.

The baristas are friendly and helpful.
It's so nice to find a coffee co-working space that's open this early. ☺️
The maco milk coffee is delicious, and the creamy mushroom spaghetti is highly recommended. I was a bit surprised how delicious the spaghetti was. 😍
The facilities include indoor and outdoor spaces with and without a roof. Meeting rooms are also available, with sharing tables like in open-space offices. There's a prayer room and a small fish pond. The restrooms are clean. Parking is spacious and free.
Really recommended for WFC 😊

5 STARS FOR THIS CAFE!!!
I made the effort to come here from Kasihan and it was totally worth it. The staff are super friendly and informative, the wifi is fast, and the ambiance is great for work from home or writing a thesis.
The coffee is also good, but the fudgy brownies are just so-so.

Indah18.10.2026

A friend recommended Maco, so I tried it for a work From Coffee (WFC) session. As expected for a co-working space, the place is spacious and the Wi-Fi is quite fast. What I really like is the abundance of outlets, so you don't have to fight over space.

There are indoor and outdoor seating options, and the interior is also beautiful—it's a great place for working or just hanging out. Plus, there's a prayer room for those who want to pray, making it even more comfortable. For those who aren't big coffee drinkers, don't worry, Maco doesn't just serve coffee; they also have a non-coffee menu. Yesterday I ordered a banana smoothie, and it was delicious. They also serve main meals, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry. Payment options are also flexible, with cash, cashless, or QRIS. Overall, Maco is a really cool place to work while enjoying coffee or even eating!

The milky lemonade is delicious, like making a DIY Yakult, the atmosphere is very conducive to opening a laptop. Parking is free & it opens at 12 noon.

Bella Norma Audina18.10.2026

I often come here because it's very comfortable for working from the cafe, the coffee and atmosphere are good, the wifi is also safe and fast.

Mario18.10.2026

A simple, quiet workspace with good coffee at standard workspace prices.

If you sit in the smoking area, it's semi-outdoor, so it can be cool or very hot at times.

The smoking area also doesn't have access to all power outlets.

There's a lot of room for improvement 👍🏼

Coworking space, but the internet is terrible. It's so slow that it can't be used for laptops. Check the wifi and see that there are so many tethered devices. The place is nice and comfortable for working, but if you have to use your personal data, it's just a lie :( At least the owner should subscribe to 100Mbps wifi like other coworking cafes. This owner is really trying to save on wifi. So, my advice for those who want to work is to go to another cafe, because the internet here doesn't deserve to be called a "co-working" cafe.

Note to management and owner: Please invest more money in the wifi. Food prices here aren't cheap, and the cafe is quite crowded. Please subscribe to quality wifi. 🥲

Maco Coffee & Co-working is a cafe with a modern and homey atmosphere, perfect for hanging out and working. It's fully equipped for WFC (work from Home): fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, and air conditioning. The coffee and food menu is quite varied at standard Jogja cafe prices. It's perfect for students, freelancers, or workers looking for a relaxed yet productive atmosphere.

Timor Krisna Bayu18.10.2026

Maco Mandani Coffee and Co-working truly lives up to its name. This place perfectly accommodates visitors who want to focus on their work or work from home (WFH) with a wide selection of ergonomic wooden tables and chairs. While the atmosphere is highly conducive to productivity, they still offer several areas with relaxing sofas if you're just coming to chat with friends. Furthermore, the lighting is excellent and spacious thanks to the rows of large glass windows.
The drinks menu is honestly a bit confusing at first. There are so many coffee options listed on the menu, but upon closer inspection, the differences between them mostly lie in the variety of flavorings or syrups. This overabundance of menu names can be confusing when trying to order quickly.
However, the plus side, which makes up for the confusion, is the extensive food selection. If you're feeling hungry after a long day of typing in front of your laptop, there are large, filling options available, from rice bowls to various pasta dishes. For a casual snack, the selection is also very diverse and satisfying, from savory fried fries to a variety of warm dim sum that pair perfectly with a glass of iced coffee with milk.
Overall, this cafe is a very functional option to support your productivity. The comfortable seating allows for good posture while working long hours, and you won't have to move if you suddenly get hungry, as the food options are very comprehensive, from light to substantial.
