Mo' Brunch + Brews

I was given a menu and no one came to take my order. Got a glimpse of my waiter and never saw him again. For an hour I sat there on an empty table and with a menu in hand. (A young black man working the sunday morning shift on 12-29-24 was I believe my waiter.) It's crazy because it wasn't even busy that morning. Other waitress just walked past my table and the level of indifference was insane. I understand I am not your table but you could have brought attention to other waiter. The lack of teamwork within seems to be very bad. Anyways, was there for an hour and no one noticed. The good thing I was busy working on my laptop and got to finish my work. As I was leaving the waiter saw me and said he forgot.

Great service and amazing music! Just wish they had wifi

Great spot, and great menu. I had the hazelnut iced latte with coconut milk, and it was delish.
Service was kind but SLOW.
And, there was no AC and no wifi. Those two things would definitely make this establishment even better.

I was sooooo excited to visit this place! I flew in from Florida and this was my first stop. I love supporting black owned businesses and I’ve heard some great things however, my experience ended with me and my family walking out without eating. We waited exactly 27 min before someone brung us water. Then after another 12 minutes of no one ever coming to take our order atleast at the very minimum tell us” sorry for the wait, we will be right with you” they just walked on by several times.
Service is everything to me. My review is not to make anyone not try this place because I know first hand your experience may be different. But my only suggestion is.
Service ! work on it! You have to have balance even when it’s busy! Know how to keep the new comers coming in. Because this newcomer won’t be coming in again.

Excellent tasting food. You cannot tell it's not real meat. They need customer wifi though for those business interests.
