MONDO Espresso & Tea Bar

I absolutely love this cozy coffee shop! The atmosphere is super pleasant and inviting, with a beautiful view that makes it perfect for relaxing or snapping some great photos. It’s comfortably set up for working — plenty of space, good lighting, and outlets. The coffee is excellent, rich and well-brewed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a productive yet chill spot!

Terrible experience.

The main issue was an extremely rude staff member. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I politely showed the receipt as proof that the order had been made wrong, the staff member became defensive and quite rude. There was no apology and no genuine attempt to correct the mistake.

I understand that language barriers can sometimes cause misunderstandings. However, when the receipt clearly showed what I had ordered and a different item was delivered, I expected a much better level of customer service.

The staff member appeared unmotivated and unfriendly, no smiling despite working in a busy tourist destination where customer interaction is a key part of the job.

Having spent a lot of time in Phuket several years ago, I couldn’t help but notice a change in the atmosphere. It doesn’t feel quite the same as it once did. The warmth, friendliness, and welcoming attitude towards tourists seem to have declined compared to my previous visits.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.

sat here with a lovely iced tea and used the wifi for a few hours to get some work done. Great quiet spaces upstairs. Have to ask the barista for a wifi voucher but free with a purchase

The best cafe I’ve been to in Phucket. It’s a tiny bit pricey (in Thailand), but the quality is very good and there are a lot of choices. We ordered the premium matcha latte (there are three grades to matcha: regular, premium and ceremonial grade, which is amazing), and two cakes: strawberry shortcake and chocolate ganache cake. Everything was excellent. The cafe also has free wifi and 3 floors with AC. The staff speaks English and you can pay with credit card over 300 baht. Definitely recommend

Nice coffee shop in Phuket Town. The girls make good coffee. Prices are okay. Nice and clean atmosphere. wifi for customers.
