Overflow Coffee

Visited Overflow Coffee this morning for a quick business meetup. The space is packed with people who sit and work there.

The space is very cozy with a lot of comfortable seatings. They provide free wifi for customers to work remotely.

There is also a kids corner with kids table.

I ordered decaf latte & it was delicious!
They have a great selection of pastries and cookies!

The barista is very friendly and go above and beyond! Highly recommended!

I just moved to newyork last week and have been trying a new coffee shop everyday! This one is my absolute FAV 😭 I may need to stop my search. The 2 guys working are so friendly, the cafe is beautiful and has a calming presence to it, lots of seating and super clean. You can tell they use top tier ingredients for everything.

Cute modern coffee spot in LIC. Ordered a cold brew and it was delicious. Bunch of people were there working so if you want a table to sit and enjoy your coffee/pastry, probably would be hard to get an available table. The staff were nice and friendly.

The coffee and baked goods here are unmatched! That said, I find a lot of the parents who bring their kids are pretty disrespectful- most recently, one of the kids ran up to where I was sitting and repeatedly tried to slap my laptop off my lap. I love that theres a place in the neighborhood for parents and kids - but the parents need to be accountable for misbehavior. Its my only knock on this place!

Lovely neighborhood coffee spot. It felt like a communal gathering spot for folks from all walks of life (e.g. parents and kids, runners, students, remote workers, etc). Loved that there was a small play area in the back for children. There is reliable wifi and a restroom. Friendly staff.

The two women working welcomed us in with authenticity.
The shop was busy for a Friday afternoon (yay!) but even so, we were able to find 2 seats.
Great vibes. Smooth coffee. A wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Will be back.

I love Overflow! The service is always good, the coffee is good quality, and the environment is somehow wonderful for both getting work done or sitting to chat with a friend. I come often to work on my laptop and there is a variety of seating; small tables for 1 or 2, benches and small countertops, a sofa and some comfy chairs with the space broken up well for slightly larger groups or individuals to sit. Not to mention the adorable play space for children which is welcoming and cozy but still doesn't seem to attract noisiness. They play great music which, for my taste, isn't too loud or distracting.

overflowcoffee is a perfect spot to get some work done. this place is spacious and has everything you need to wfh.

i tried matcha latte ($6) 🍵 and it did not disappoint. they whisked it on the spot (not from a huge pre-made batch👌🏻which i have seen a lot these days).

they have wifi, many seats (with a few outlets), restroom, and great coffee / pastry menu. you can choose a seat by the window, couch, or proper table. there is ample natural light here.

located near the east river, you can walk a couple blocks and wind down after work 🤍

Great coffee spot for chit-chatting and doing some work/studying. Solid wifi and good amount of seating. Although be aware that tables don’t free up as often.

This is a great neighbourhood coffee shop!

The coffee is excellent and the team working was lovely. Super quick service, the shop was pretty busy with a consistent flow of customers and all the drinks were coming out really quickly.

Lots of seating if you want to stay and have a drink, really bright and inviting space. Nice for a quick coffee to go or to stay and relax for a bit.

I'll definitely be back for coffee and pastries again soon!

I just visited this amazing coffee experience and I’m extremely impressed.

Not only was the espresso delicious, everyone working said “hello”, got my order right, and managed a busy moment with ease. They’re a team.

Nice working spot

Spacious and clean cafe with lots of good seating and free wifi which is great for work or studying!

Great and cozy spot to work remote, and they have a small play area for children which is quite nice. Only thing: it’s sometimes very hard to get a seat, if you need to camp out with a laptop. If you run out of space I highly recommend going to The Local where they also have coffee and wifi.

The pastries that are home made are so good, otherwise skip the croissants. My favorite is the bacon cheddar scone or the goat cheese jalapeño scone!
