Great place to have breakfast, lunch and coffee- while working. The service is quite good and the place is lovely . Will recomend also if you want grab and go

I had the opportunity to visit them a year ago, and although the coffee was good, on this occasion, the service was unfriendly. Even though there was only one table occupied, they didn't allow us to choose where to sit. They told us that if we occupied a table for four, being two of us, we would have to leave if someone else arrived who needed a table for four. When we arrived and there was only one table occupied, and we asked for an outlet, they again told us that we would have to leave after two hours of using our laptops due to their policy against working from home on weekends. They only mentioned this to us after we ordered our drinks. I think that waiting to serve more customers, even when there's no one waiting outside and the tables aren't occupied, sometimes makes you feel like there's always another table (that hasn't arrived yet) that's a better customer than you who's already there. This is something they should warn you about or put up signs before you enter. It's a bad experience, no matter how good the coffee is.

This time was a horrible experience. I had been there before with a friend, and the service was good, the food and drinks were tasty. I want to clarify that on that occasion, we chatted for a little over two hours, and nothing came up. However, this time I decided to go to work from home since I thought it was a pleasant place with comfortable seating for working. I arrived, and everything seemed normal up to that point. The waiters approached and gave me the menu. I was deciding what to order since I planned to work for a while. However, when they noticed I took out my laptop and notebook, the waiter told me I could only stay for a maximum of two hours, even though I had already ordered a latte and a turkey sandwich. I told him I planned to stay a while and would order more things, and he basically said that if more people arrived, they would kick me out to give the table to others. I simply left. I will NEVER go back. It was awful. I like doing that to my customers, and it's a shame because the coffee they serve is very good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.
