Das Phulwari Restaurant & Sami Café befindet sich im Herzen von Varanasi auf der belebten Bansphatak Road, nahe dem Godowlia Chowk. Trotz seiner zentralen Lage ist es für viele Besucher ein Geheimtipp und wird oft zufällig entdeckt. Das Café ist Teil des historischen Anwesens des Kashi Raj Kali Tempels und bietet einen Rückzugsort voller Ruhe inmitten des Trubels der Stadt. Ursprünglich von zwei jordanischen Brüdern gegründet, wird das Café heute von einer lokalen Familie geführt. Die Gäste werden von einer entspannten Hippie-Atmosphäre, dezenter Bepflanzung und komfortablen Sitzmöglichkeiten empfangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Kuhweide, auf der die Pfleger ihre Kühe melken – häufig trifft man hier auch auf Reisende aus aller Welt, die sich in dieser besonderen Umgebung aufhalten. Great food, baked food and fresh. Lasagna was best had for a while. Nice location and friendly staff. Cold drinks including cold coffee are good. Free fast wifi. Highly recommended.

This one is the best restaurant near Kashi Vishwanath temple area, and most of the people around the Banaras are very slow in work, they don't take too much care about fast service, they are very calm while working.
The food is very good as compared to other nearby restaurants, but the only thing I need to improve is slow service.

Bahut dino baad chowmin khayi yha ki , to purane time k jese baat nhi thi, pehle 110 me jbrdst tasty noodles milte the but aaj k noodles smell kar rhe the, or usi karan tasteless the 150 k hisab se jra bhi worthy nhi the. wifi k password change ho gye baki sara interior to almost pehle jesa hi tha. Sambhar tasty hote hai yha ke, or usi Sambhar k liye to Dosa order kiya krta hu mai... Well mujhe yha aana achha lagta hai, logo k liye ek tip k aaye to yha ke Dose ka swad jarur le ek baar.
Or ek baat yha pe jo change hona chahiye wo ye hai ki yha Handwash me jo 90% water mila diya jata hai, kripya aisa na kijiye. Agr milana hi hai to ratio 50:50 ka rakh lijiye.
