Absolutely gorgeous coffee shop tucked away in the old city, on a street with virtually no tourists. The smell and atmosphere are something special—warm, inviting, and full of character. Inside, there’s a cozy couch area, comfy seats, and a large communal table perfect for the laptop crowd.

That said, it’s very busy, and while that speaks to its popularity, it doesn’t quite justify the 25-minute wait for a flat white. Talking to others there, it seems that kind of delay is normal. Unfortunately, the coffee was not great—burnt, bitter, and missing the creaminess you’d expect from a good flat white.

Still, despite that, I’d recommend this spot for the ambiance alone. It’s a genuinely pleasant place to spend time.

It is a lovely cafe with nice atmosphere to sit in, and possibly work. The service is super slow though… a coffee and a ready empanada took more than 10 mins when there were two ladies working, and no customers waiting. The americano was not great.

Good vegan coffee and good matcha latte. Refreshing lemonade! Also, very friendly woman working there. Def. recommending :)

Staff was really patient and spoke English fluently.

Environment was prefect to concentrate to do your own stuff with comfortable seats, tables and lighting. The whole place was clean when I visited. There were three people working / studying at that time.

Chai Latte smelt good with slight spices’ smell. It’s not the sweet one that I usually have but I enjoyed it as well.

Price: €2.52

Best cakes & breakfast/brunch. Quiet place perfect for working

Great space just north of Plaza de La Merced.

Delicious omelette for breakfast and the selection of cakes look amazing.

2 ladies only, working exceptionally hard but this does mean that there is a slight wait on your order at busy times.

Will be back.

All around amazing...I wish I can pack this cafe and take it with me!
Very cute and well managed cafe. Great coffee, huge tee selection, and delicious pastries. The wifi is great, I managed to do some work from there, you can see it as a coworking cafe.
A special thank you to the nice and helpful owner who is always smiling :)

The chai is great! They have a table where you can use your laptop and plenty of space for work/homework.

The atmosphere is that of a coworking space. It's more for working alone or in a group, or for holding meetings. It has Wi-Fi, and the tables are quite spacious for laptops and other equipment.
The staff is friendly.
The drinks and desserts are just okay, and the portions are very small for the price.

The place is beautifully decorated and clean. I loved the coffee. They have cookies, cakes, puddings, and croissants. I'll be back to try the carrot cake. You can work on your laptop there, as they have Wi-Fi and power outlets. They sell tea, coffee, and mugs.

A very relaxing and welcoming place! Despite being very close to Plaza de la Merced, it's very quiet, even for working on your computer, and they have power outlets and Wi-Fi. I tried the chai latte and a chocolate chip cookie, and I have to say it was very good and, above all, affordable. I'll definitely be back to try more.
