Resident Coffee and Tea

Food: Ordered matcha latte (creamy), strawberry match latte (a bit weird probably because of the sour homemade strawberry jam).

Service: Okay. wifi is fast.

Atmosphere: Quiet, good for work. It is a designer office made coffee shop so you’ll see several architect books and interesting layout. No AC tho as it’s a semi-outdoor place. It was a bit windy when we visited so it’s bearable but if it’s a hot weather I think it can be quite humid.

Parking space: no dedicated parking space, just a sparse area in front of and besides the cafe.

You can come here and park your vehicle at the side of the road. I ordered cappuccino and first thing I notice their cup is larger than other coffee shop would serve, it's justify their slightly higher price. I had cookie too, and both tasted soo gooood. wifi available of course and it's quite fast, power sockets are near the big table, and their toilet is semi-outdoor. Another great place for working, unfortunately they close at 6 pm though. Beside that, definitely will come back here for deep focus work.

Resident is a cozy place that serves various coffee and tea. Had V60 Aceh Gayo and Signature Resident Coffee, both coffee were good, but the signature was too sweet to my liking, so I suggest you to ask for less sweet. Chocolate pie tart was lovely, I really like the filling, but the tart could be improved, it’d better if the tart was thinner. Staff and service were pleasant. You can DEFINITELY do your work here. They have electric sockets and good wifi. Although it doesn’t have AC, I didn’t feel hot since they have lots of plants outdoor. Price is reasonable, IDR 70k for 2 drinks. Parking lot is spacious. QRIS and card payment are available.

F&B: Love their V60 coffee. They love lots of coffee and tea options, more than the regular coffe shops. Had their signature Resident coffee but it was too sweet, should've asked for less sugar. I personally also like their apple pie tart and choco chips cookie.

Place: Quiet, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Outdoor and indoor spaces both available. I personally like their outdoor space, it has lots of green so it doesn't feel too hot even in the middle of the day. wifi is available so this could be your next remote working station.

Price: Reasonable. Similar to other coffee shop within the area.

Service: Great. The waiters are very friendly and helpful.

A homey coffee shop in the middle of Renon. It's located at an alley so people are not going to spot it from the main road. I like the ambiance, suitable for chilling, reading a book, or just daydreaming. It's not super suitable for working though, cause the dark and warm ambiance makes you sleepy. But there is a long wooden table where you can work on your laptop comfortably.

Relaxing outdoor space, limited seat available. Good for working with laptop. Tasty bites and manual brew coffee.

Sikap yang tidak baik terhadap pengunjung, karena kami datang ke kedai kopi 30 menit sebelum tutup dan tidak mengetahui jadwal kerja (tidak tertulis dimanapun di pintu masuk + karyawan tidak memperingatkan).
Melihat bahwa kami datang untuk bekerja dengan laptop untuk waktu yang lama, mereka hanya memesan dan kemudian setelah 10 menit mereka memperingatkan bahwa mereka akan tutup dalam 20 menit.
Tapi ini bisa saja dikatakan pada awalnya agar tidak menyita waktu kita dan kemudian tidak membuat kami terburu-buru. Aku ragu bahwa pesanan +2 akan mendatangkan banyak untung, tapi keinginan untuk datang ke sini lagi sepertinya tidak akan ditambahkan... 😉

The ambience is suitable for working, good coffee and food. Definitely will come back later. 😉

I recently held a business meeting at Resident Coffee Renon, and it was an excellent choice. The coffee and panini were both top-notch. The cafe itself is beautifully designed with great attention to the materials used in construction. And the half 'outdoor' toilet is also refreshing! Despite its small size, it provides a perfect ambiance for productive meetings or simply enjoying a coffee while working.

really love the the whole serene atmosphere of the cafe – surrounded by leafy trees, with good air circulation even amid hot weather and all windows open without aircon on. the moment you step into this place, it automatically screams "relaxing" and "art". Just by looking, you can tell that they really put their attention and thought on designing this place, making it a perfect place to unwind from stressful day at work, or to just sit and stare while enjoying coffee, reading, or even working. I don't drink coffee so I can't say anything about it, but I had their refreshing Ice Black Apple and the scrummy snickers cheesecake along with caramel panacotta. both cheesecake and panacotta come in perfect size, tastes great and not too sweet. Ice Black Apple complements them both well with its sweet and tart flavor.
Friendly service from the staffs and the cute chubby cat who was sleeping on the cushion unbothered by guests coming in and out.

They serve hungry bird and tanamera coffee, both tasted heavenly 🤤💯 the barista was super friendly too !!
The place is pretty small, but still optimal for a nice hangout / do some remote working. 11/10 i’d def come back 🫵🏻
