Roma's Cafe Diner

I have visited this café five times so far, and each visit has been a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and a comfortable atmosphere. At first glance, it may seem a little expensive, but considering the quality of food, taste, and portion sizes, it’s completely worth it. Every dish I’ve tried so far has been flavorful and well-prepared, leaving me satisfied every time.

The ambience here is fantastic. With well-thought-out interiors, cozy seating, and pleasant lighting, it creates a welcoming environment. The café gives off good vibes that make you want to relax and spend time, whether you’re meeting friends, working, or just enjoying a quiet meal.

One thing to note is that this café is often crowded, even on weekdays. While this may be a drawback for those looking for a very peaceful and quiet experience, the crowd doesn’t ruin the atmosphere. The lively yet positive energy adds to the charm, and the staff manages everything efficiently to ensure guests are comfortable.

The service is prompt and friendly, and I appreciated the attention to detail in both food presentation and cleanliness. The open seating arrangement and natural light make it feel even more welcoming.

Overall, this is a café I would love to visit again, and I’m excited to try more items from their menu on my next visit. If you’re looking for good food, a vibrant atmosphere, and a place to enjoy time with friends or family, this café is definitely worth checking out.

Very bad service rude behaviour by staff satish yadav on table no. 15 at 6 pm on 12th June 2025.. very less no. Of waiters when the restaurant was almost full.. ac was not working properly

Had Khao suey which was really nice. Also had a chicken tikka which was good. Overall it's a nice place with good food and affordable too. They have fast wifi as well.

initially visited after reading a tonne of wonderful testimonials and recommendations from friends.

I'll give the atmosphere a five because it has unquestionably been well-maintained by the owner and employees.

Also beneficial is cleanliness.

To call for water, the bill, and waiters, they installed a calling gadget.

But I don't see this working in real time.

The personnel was not seeing notifications sent to their mobile devices actively, so I had to physically call them.

Now for the food: Roma's special dahi ke kebab was tasty and the curd appeared fresh. The honey chilli potato tasted more like fries with honey. The veg spring roll was also tasty and everyone enjoyed the crisp, spicy filling.

There should be a little more dryness in the gravy or sauce.

We had tiramisu for dessert, but it wasn't as good as what I've had in Gurgaon.

Overall pleased with the ambiance; will return at some point to sample additional menu choices, such as Mexican, Italian, and North Indian cuisine.

Visit for a pleasant atmosphere and to enjoy your food while reading your favourite book in silence or enjoying a family time.

The owner should understand this cafe is working because of its chef not manager or waiters. Pathetic waiters, high price and crowded place.

The food was mediocre, the service was really slow given we went on a Monday night and the rush was minimal to average. The wifi wasn't working so the other reviews were either bought or fake. The only thing they have going for them is the ambience. So the only thing you should visit this place is if you want to have mediocre food served to you after a long wait.

It's a perfect place for dinner with friends or family. They have very polite people working for them.

Or suggestion, do try their blueberry cheesecake and brownie. You'll crave for more.😍

The manager of the Roma's banquet was not cooperative we were invited to the birthday party by our family, my mother was on walker and he said he will not open the gates near the lift, the customer needs to come from the second gate by walking around 40 steps more which you can imagine is easy for us but difficult for one who is not able to walk on her own. The lift is not working from basement so don't go there if you have senior citizen who have problem in walking.

Restaurant was decent and maintained.Lift was not working.Indian cuisine are delicious. I tried Italian and Mexican continental were not good.
