Recently visited The Sardar Saab Cafe, Hauz Khas, and had a great experience! 😍
We tried the Peri Peri Fries, Veg Steamed Momos, Mocha Chocochip, and Brownie Chocochip Frappe—everything was fresh, delicious, and worth trying. The food quantity was generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The seating was comfortable, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy with friends.
Another plus point is the location—it's just a short walk from Hauz Khas Metro Station Gate No. 3, making it super convenient to visit.
Overall, a budget-friendly café with tasty food, good beverages, and a cozy ambience. Definitely worth checking out! ☕🍟🥟
We have ordered Ginger tea, cappuccino, white sause pasta, peri peri french fries and bun maska. Everything was good and delicious.
Place is recommended.
The food and ambience is quite aesthetic and comfortable. Also the peach mojito and mojito are my all time favourite. Your staff Abhay is very kind and professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Biscoff coffee was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with the signature caramelized Biscoff flavor. Every sip was smooth and satisfying. A special thanks to Rahul for the warm hospitality and excellent service. He made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
The experience was awesome! Blueberry & Strawberries Smooth by Rahul was exceptionally good, and the quality of the croissants was excellent comparable to what you’d find in France. I highly recommend everyone to try the Blueberry & Strawberries Smoothie and the KitKat Shake at least once. They’re absolutely worth it!
It was a chilled Delhi winter day when I visited Sardar Saab Cafe. I ordered an Americano, the Veg Signature Sandwich (chef’s special), Masala Maggi, and the Bavarian Forest pastry.
Everything was good, but the highlight for me was the Masala Maggi. It was served piping hot and felt amazing with every bite, especially in the cold weather. Exactly the kind of comfort food you want on a winter day.
The sandwich was also quite good and nicely balanced, served with hummus on the side, which added to the overall taste. The Americano and pastry were a nice finish to the meal.
Overall, a cozy place with good food and a relaxed vibe. Definitely worth stopping by on a cold day in Delhi
I recently tried a meal that turned out to be surprisingly enjoyable. The food was fresh, well-presented, and had a good balance of flavors. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared, with spices and ingredients working nicely together rather than overpowering each other.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the main dish—it was cooked perfectly, with a great texture and rich taste. The side items complemented it well and didn’t feel like an afterthought. Even the presentation added to the experience, making the food look as good as it tasted.
The staff also made the experience even better. They were polite, attentive, and quick to respond without being intrusive. Their friendly behavior created a comfortable atmosphere, making Neha feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the visit.
The only slight downside was that the portion size could have been a bit more generous, but overall, the quality made up for it. It’s the kind of place Neha would consider visiting again, especially when looking for something reliable and satisfying.
Overall, a solid dining experience that delivers on taste, service, and quality.
Had a wonderful experience at this café! The food was fresh and delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the ambience was cozy and relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and provided great service. It's a perfect place to relax, meet friends, or enjoy some quiet time. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it!
A cozy little cafe with good food, great service and a welcoming ambience.
The location is the best part probably as it is so easily locatable to any person who wants to visit here through Google Maps. It's right on the side of the road.
The food was good. I'd ordered a red sauce pasta and a chicken salad. The red sauce pasta, although, had a little too much tomato sauce/ puree used in it, which made the overall taste of the pasta a little more heavy on the taste of tomatoes. If this could be controlled by their chefs, the pasta won't have any complaints from my end further. They were of course cooked well. The chicken salad (I forget the exact name of the salad I had ordered on the menu, as they had about 4 different types of salads to offer on their menu, but I remember it costing me Rs. 380) was also nice, although I did feel, again, a slightly overwhelming taste of the dressing (or whatever liquid it was which gave the salad its taste). A little more moderation here would go a long way in making it a balanced meal for the taste buds for any average person. Hence, the 4 out of 5 stars for the food.
The servers were nice and polite, which is always a plus in my eyes, and the ambience was nice.
Although the cafe may seem small, it does also provide outside seating too.
Though I didn't have the time, I'd love to try some of their coffees here the next time I'm here.
🌟🌟🌟🌟/🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 overall.
I was really impressed with the cappuccino at this cafe. The balance was perfect and the service was fantastic. Rahul, the barista, was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend!"👼
Worst pizza ever ... Cheap crust and cheese
Not worth the price
Cranberry ice tea was nice
Visited this place and honestly the coffee surprised me Smooth balanced and really good in taste
Tried the croissant too and it came warm soft and buttery so that was a win Rahul served me and he was polite and attentive without trying too hard Order came on time and overall the experience felt good Would definitely come again
We guys had a chicken club sandwich and a pesto creamy sandwich.
Below reviews :-
- chicken club sandwich had a cheap quality salami instead of chicken. They changed the entire recipe of the sandwich rather they should name it differently. Chicken club sandwich is a no brainer and is served 90% same across the country but they made their own version. Either while ordering they should explain that this is not a classic club sandwich.
- pesto sandwich was a low quality sandwich. My wife has been sick ever since . We have come back to Dubai and today she had to be admitted in the hospital. The reason is the cheap quality food we had at this place .
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.
Oh my gwad it was really amazing the food the workers and the atmosphere. The vibe was really giving 💅🏻 the prices aren't really cheap but kinda affordable i just loved it so much. Will visit again some day
The food was really good specially the momos! And the staff (Rahul, Abhay and Neha) were super friendly and cooperative.
I just visited this cafe, Amazing taste of Ube Matcha latte and Smokey Chicken SANDWICH. Great Service. Overall experience 10/10
Best iced tiramisu latte in Delhi, hands down. Came here because of the latte and it didn’t disappoint. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Special mention to Abhay, really nice guy, made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back.
Neha she was very good polite and she suggested me tiramisu cappuccino with mushroom sandwich , bun Maska, mango shake with pesto paneer wrap all are good in taste.
Went looking for TAN Coffee and the girls decided this was equally good. The younger one is more decisive and said wanted to go to Sardar Saab and thats how we landed here.
Tried their recommendations which were Arabitta spicy pasta and Tropical Veggie pizza. The pasta was fantastic, pizza could have been better with more veggies. The helpings could have been bigger.
Delightful experience especially as it was a surprise find!
Loved the ambience and the vibe. The coffee was brewed perfectly and the croissant was also really soft and fluffy. Rahul, one of the staff, was super helpful with everything.
Recently discovered this cozy cafe in hauz khas and Tried their oreo crack and one of the finest i have ever had!
Very soft spoken staff as well as good ambience. Highly recommended :)
Sardar-Ji-Bakhsh Coffee & Co have opened many outlets in the city of New Delhi and this cafe is one of the favorite destinations for coffee lovers. I visited the one in Hauz Khas which is a very small cafe in terms of size, but it felt warm and cozy. We had the following while we were at Sarda-Ji-Baksh Coffee & Co.
Mocha is one of the types of Frappes available here and this thick based cold coffee was delightful indeed. The blend was spot on and it had the right amount of milk as well.
Coco Chip was the other Frappe that we decided to have and we were quite satisfied with this cold coffee as well. Nothing out of the blue, just your regular chocolate chip cold coffee.
Bun Omelette was a straightforward dish with a well done omelette between the buns. The omelette was not that spicy as well, and the buns were buttered as well to give a nice taste to the dish.
Peri Peri fries were crunchy and tasty. The peri peri masala was unique and had a nice zest flavor to it. The fries were well cooked as well.
Pangebaaz has the title of being the spiciest burger in town. This burger has a chicken patty, with some lettuce, tomatoes, onion, ketchup, mayo, and the famous bhut jholokia sauce. Honestly, I did not find it spicy at all, there were very few instances where you could taste the bhut jholokia sauce, so all the hype was for nothing.
Finding a parking spot will be difficult for this particular outlet, so be prepared to walk a little. The service here is quick, there are barely two people taking care of the outlet, not sure how they can handle the crowd if it is packed. Had a great time though, you can find them at Surya Mansion, 1, Chaudhary Dilip Singh Marg, Kaushalya Park, Padmini Enclave, Hauz Khas, New Delhi, Delhi 110016.
Budget Corner
Mocha Frappe - 181 INR
Coco Chip Frappe - 200 INR
Bun Omelette - 181 INR
Peri Peri Fries - 143 INR
Pangebaaz - 257 INR
Average cost for two would be 900 to 1400 INR.
Have been visiting the place for a while now and always had a pleasant experience. The staff is so considerate and polite. They have a pretty decent food menu and eveything is just worth more than the price tag they have put against it. Had even visited on my birthday as well and got a surprise/complimentary desert. And ya they have got board games as well if you would like some.
I have been hearing about this place from a few of my friends, and finally got the time to go check out this place.
The food was appreciable didn't try the Non vegetarian dishes to be honest, but yeah since the food which we had was tasty I hope the same goes for Non vegetarian meals.
( Go and try something yourself Atleast 😛 )
Rest the coffee was good, I liked the interior's as well, good music and staff was pretty friendly.
The only thing where this outlet is lagging behind is the space BUT I LOVE THE OUTDOOR SEATING.
Much love to this place and I would be coming back real soon 😉
Sardar Saab Cafe in Hauz Khas offers a comforting dining experience rooted in classic North Indian and Punjabi flavors. The ambience is simple and welcoming, making it a good spot for relaxed meals with friends or family.
The menu features a variety of familiar favorites, from rich gravies to hearty breads and sides. The food is flavorful and satisfying, with generous portions that reflect traditional Punjabi hospitality. Service is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. Sardar Saab Cafe is a reliable choice for those craving wholesome, familiar food in Hauz Khas.
The staff was super polite, served with warmth, the atmopshere was really good. Food was top notch, tasty and Abhay was humble and served well.
A small place but with a wide ranging choice of menu surprisingly. The food was tasty. The service staff was very courteous, and that added to the whole experience. Kudos
The food is amazing. They have also added new items in the menu. Loved the Avocado Toast and blueberry smoothie. Special mention to Rahul for amazing service and food.
I recently visited Sardar Saab Cafe and had a really great experience. The vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed coffee break.
A special mention to Rahul—he’s extremely courteous, attentive, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. His service truly adds a personal touch.
The coffee here is excellent specially which is made by rahul — so rich, fresh, and perfectly brewed. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for good coffee and great service. Will be coming back again!
I recently visited The Sardar Saab Cafe in Hauz Khas, and it was a delightful experience!
The cafe has a charming and relaxed vibe, with rustic decor that makes it a cozy spot to unwind. The outdoor seating area is particularly lovely, especially on a pleasant day, providing a great view of the surroundings.
We started with the Paneer Momos, and they were absolutely delicious! The momos were perfectly steamed, with a soft, chewy exterior that encased a flavorful filling of spiced paneer. They were served with a tangy dipping sauce that complemented the momos beautifully, adding just the right kick.
We paired our momos with a cappuccino, and it did not disappoint. The coffee was expertly brewed, with a rich, robust flavor and a creamy texture. The foam was light and velvety, making it a perfect complement to my meal.
The service was good. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed.
The Sardar Saab Cafe is a gem in Hauz Khas, offering tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by for their momos and coffee—it’s the perfect spot for a casual outing or a quick snack!
I can't wait to return to try more of their menu!
FOOD & BEVERAGES : 4/5
- There are many options for coffee available as the name says Coffee House.
- We had Hazelnut Frappe and Mocha Frappe. Both of them were amazing. There was proper taste of coffee with little sweet and proper flavours were there as of the drink.
- We had a Pesto Exotica Pizza. Here, we were a little disappointed as it tasted not that good as it should have. It's a think crust pizza. I won't prefer to have that again at this place.
- Portion of the food and beverages were adequate.
- Pricing is okay for coffee but for the pizza it was definitely not worth it.
AMBIENCE & MANAGEMENT : 4/5
- This place has nice ambience for the coffee house. The aroma of fresh coffee brewing is all over the place and I TOTALLY LOVED IT!
- It is a little small with limited seating available. The tables are also small.
- Management is good. The staff is polite and friendly.
- It offers indoor as well outdoor seating.
OTHER SERVICES : 4/5
- They accept digital payments through UPI and Cards.
- There is no parking available at the place. You can park the vehicle beside the road.
Overall, it is a nice and small place for having wonderful coffee and good time.
We had ordered, chilli potato, fried rice and my fvrtttttt Pink guava nimbu masala mojito, so yummmm. Also the staff Abhay and Mannu were so good to us. Must visit cafeeeee♥️
Mr. Rahul was very kind and humble. The paneer momo was delicious. Hot chocolates were good but paneer momo was lit....
We often go to this place for pasta as my twinnies love eating pasta here and it's nearest to my place while they have pasta we can relax with cup of coffee.
Pizza is really good but didn't like non veg Arbiata pasta.
French is another snack to have here.
Also you can order
Masala maggie
Cheese maggie
Bread Omleate
Top class place for tasty food of fast food type, but very healthy options too like poha and fresh salads. Cozy atmosphere, polite staff. Will come back myself and will recommend to my friends too ! Very modest prices. Excellent coffee.
p.s. most tastly french fries and veg burgers I have ever had in Delhi
I am a regular visitor now i like the putside seating and the overall ambience of tha place i was served by abhay and shanta boyh of them are great at their jobs
Newly opened, very close to Naturals Hauz Khas. Amazing place for milk shakes and coffees. Just love the hospitality and flavours.
Would definitely love to visit again. Tried their hazelnut mocha, nutty buddy shake and electric shock mojito. Must try
I went to try out this outlet of Sardarbaksh or as they have renamed it Sardar ji bakhsh.
I really like their Vijay nagar outlet so though this would be just as great but I was Wrong!
Firstly the place is a bit cramped up, a lot smaller than other places, even for a cafe shop.
I ordered the Dark choco Frappe (med) and a Pink Kaur (mix sauce) pasta.
The coffee was okay, not at all great, tasted more like Hot Chocolate than a coffee, didn't like it at all.
Coming to the Pasta, compared to the rates, it was really less in quantity, basically a super large plate with as little as you can think Pasta.
The taste was ordinary and tasted home made.
I have no clue why this place is so 'famous', it was not good comparing the price with the quantity and quality given.
Disappointing for sure.
A lovely place to sit chit chat have coffee and do munching. Spend good time. Best place visited in recent time. Food , service, presentation all are so good. Coffee is Must have at the cafe.gonna visit soon.
I have tried classic chicken burger and it's worth it staff is also polite and they need to grow
The food was amazing and the staff was also very polite and attentive. Loved it. Will visit again for sure.
For a quick hunger punch, it’s an exiting place to be. It’s one the main side of the Marg and the there black facade. I went there to have a nice thing and it got the Bengaluru iced coffee suggested by the brewers there. That coffee was one of the best I had and on an amazing round Wooden table with colonial steal chairs. Even ordered a grilled chicken wrap that went straight inside with a fresh juicy feel. The charred mayo was exceptional and had yumm to it. It was economic when compared to other coffee places.
Good environment and warm ambience. It rained that day, was perfect with the wrap.
Great place to hangout or Date. The service is really good and Wi-Fi service is also available. The place is really affordable and cosy. Can spend hours chilling here and play some indoor games like chess, UNO, Ludo and other games. The billing is provided in a paperless manner, through SMS.
I ordered virgin mojito it was so good✌️♥️ amazing service. Staff was very nice. I was attend by mr. Abhay thanks
Sardar-Ji-Baksh over Starbucks any day! :p It's set up like a hole-in-the-wall joint serving a good assortment of beverages and quick eats. The honey-rose cappuccino had a nice flavor profile and I've heard good things about the Iced Latte. Seating space is limited but cozy. This can become your personal cafe to get away, sip some coffee and get some work done. PayTM accepted. I could not spot any dedicated parking. Street parking could be done on the other side.
A must-visit place in Hauz Khas. I've been there twice and was not disappointed at all. Excellent food, beautiful ambience and great staff! I had a veg. Chica Bonita burger, which definitely had this Mexican touch, along with fries and a watermelon mojito. During my second time there, I had a Falafel-Hummus-Bowl with piri piri fries and a green apple iced tea. The bowl was incredibly tasty and one got that Middle Eastern feeling. I can highly recommend all the food items that I have mentioned.
Finding this outlet wasn't tough at all as Google Maps guided us directly here. Finding parking might be an issue as there are no parking spots outside the coffee shops. However, you can park your vehicle on the opposite side of the road by the side or at the designated parking spot and then walk half a minute or so to the outlet.
It's a nice, cozy place to be. It might be a tad too small but finding a place to sit wasn't an issue, really. Yes, it can be a little too loud though. That, for me, was a tad disappointing but then again, the management can't be blamed for the patron's loud voices.
The coffee is the ONLY thing I was there for and I wanted to try one of their hot ones. So, I ordered a Cappuccino while Radhika ordered a Latte. Later another friend joined in who ordered a strawberry shake for herself. Well, the Cappuccino had a taste of being burnt. Perhaps, because of the coffee beans, but I don't appreciate this burnt smell and taste in my coffee. I don't take sugar in my coffee at all, so, that burnt taste did bother me a LOT.
The Latte, Radhika said was alright. However, the strawberry shake was very pale to start with. My friend did speak to the servers present there who rectified the shake, which was better the 2nd time. It actually was more milk and almost non-existent strawberry flavour.
I'm not sure whether this was a very specific average experience or this is the case with SardarBuksh in general but I really had high expectations. I did not get to try their food, which many say, is good. I do not speak for others, but when I go visit a coffee shop, all I care for is the coffee and coffee alone and on that front, I came home disappointed. Atleast, what I tried wasn't something I might want to go back for again.
However, if they serve, I'd love to try their Affogato or perhaps even the pour-over some-time...
Great food. Everything was so yummy especially the pizza and the fries. Just perfect with great prices
We ordered English breakfast, nachos, bun masks and signature sandwich with a few coffees and we loved everything especially the sandwich. Thank you Abhay and Neha for the hospitality
Chicken creamy fries!!! Must try.....
