Good coffee.. comfortable, clean place, fast wifi 😊
The place is comfortable, the wifi is quite fast.
The cafe is in a convenient location and feels comfortable for different activities, whether meeting friends, spending time with a partner, or studying and working. There are many seating options, including tables suitable for working, and power sockets are available in various corners. During my visit, the baristas were polite and willing to explain the menu clearly, which made the experience more pleasant.
I ordered the Immune Booster, one of their signature herbal drinks, it has a distinct turmeric flavor with a mild warmth and balanced sweetness, making it enjoyable without being too strong.
I also tried the SENJA Apple Crumble, the crumble had a soft texture with a slightly crisp topping, and the apple filling tasted well balanced between sweet and tart, it paired well with a scoop of ice cream, which added a creamy contrast to the warm dessert.
walkable from ugm. cozy place to hangout or even work. they have 2 floors with lots of tables and electrig plugs,
didnt ask for the wifi, so i cudn really tell.
the coffee was good. i tried coffee rum, quite strong and not too sweet. if you like light coffee, perhaps you cud try the caramel latte.
the potatoes are crunchy outside, but soft inside. not too salty but still savory, not too msg-ish, so you can enjoy it wuthout feeling thirsty.
Good drinks, fast wifi 🥰
The place is nice and cozy, but it's a bit of a hassle to get a Wi-Fi pass. Not everyone wants to download apps. Thank you.
The seats were narrow. There were power supply under every table, so don't worry if you want to charge your phone/laptop. The barista was very friendly to introduce me to the signature menu. I hope they have more space. I tried salted caramel coffee single shot and it was good. Haven't try any of their food/snacks.
I do consider this as a more upper class kind of coffee shop/café but it was worth the money with the cozy place to just hang around with friends, or to just spend your time alone reading/doing some work (plus points for the fast wifi too!)
This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Yogyakarta!! The ambience, food, and services are greatt!! A lil bit pricey for students maybe but it’s worth the quality tho!
One thing I hope they will concern is the music volume. I used to sit in the 2nd floor twice and the music volume is too loud somehow for me which distracts my focus a lil bit when I’m working on my things
Recommended for working. If you're a member, you can skip the queue by ordering via their app. Just sit and wait for your coffee.
Good working place, it is a little bit pricey but the quality is good. I liked the croissant sandwiches.
perfect place for you who wants to hang out, to work, to eat, and to drink.
wifi is fast too !
didn’t expect that place so cozy & comfy - good place for group working 👍 & not so noisy environment
Love the ambiance, also the wifi is pretty good.
Motorcycle parking: Enter and then go behind.
There's a prayer room near the indoor parking lot.
The cafe is located on the 2nd floor.
There's fast Wi-Fi for members. If you're not a member, the internet speed is standard.
📍Register as a member via the Android app and then try to log in to Wi-Fi, but you can't.
Payment is via QRIS and cash. 👍
When I arrived in the afternoon, some side dishes weren't ready. So I had to ask about the snacks/food that were ready.
The place is cozy, perfect for laptop use.
There are power outlets at every table.
The food and drink menu prices are relatively reasonable.
There's a smoking room.
Indoor AC but stifling hot. The wifi also likes to have trouble. It's different from before
First impression of seeing the place is very nice aesthetic, I was here on Monday at 6 PM, the level of crowd is normal, not crowded but not too quiet either. Most people here bring laptops, quite conducive for working/studying. The menu is quite varied, the price range for drinks is around 30 thousand, food is around 40 but it is worth it because the taste is delicious and the place is comfortable. Also, another plus point is the bathroom interior is nice, clean and quite fragrant too. The location is at the MM UGM intersection.
The coffee is delicious, typically creamy. Perfect for those working on assignments and looking for a quiet atmosphere.
It's best to install the app before visiting, as connecting to Wi-Fi requires logging in. There's a prayer room downstairs.
It was my first time here and I immediately felt comfortable with the rows of green chairs on the east side, comfortable to sit in, haha. The coffee is quite good, the wifi is great, the cafe design is minimalist, and the motorbike parking is relatively shady. Continued success.
A great coffee spot in Jakal. You can also work here, with plenty of outlets. The menu is okay, with standard prices but delicious. There's also a membership system for discounts. Service is friendly and fast, and parking is ample. Sometimes it's comfortably quiet, but sometimes it's quite crowded.
The place is comfortable, with ample parking, but a bit overpriced. A large latte costs around 40,000-45,000 Rupiah, and there are no main meals under 45,000 Rupiah. The service is good and friendly, from the security to the waitresses.
But the place is very comfortable for WFC! Would definitely come back. If you want more convenient Wi-Fi access, you can register as a member through the app, and then you can also order via the app and have it delivered to your table.
It's really cool, it's really good for doing the tryout held by grandsnbt (I went to GIK earlier to do the tryout session 2 but it wasn't conducive anymore, dammit), then we went straight to Senja Coffee, it's really good for doing this tryout, the wifi is smooth, the barista is really friendly 😉💯💃🏻thank you for the chiffon, sis aowkwowkowkwowkwowk🧚🏻♀️there was a really funny incident in the prayer room WKWKWKWKKWW
The place is nice, spacious, and comfortable. There are indoor and semi-outdoor options. The menu is extensive, including various coffee and non-coffee options, cookies, pastries, snacks, and main courses. The coffee I tried was great. The coffee was mild, creamy enough, and just the right amount of sweetness. For the price, hmm, it's still worth it if you don't buy takeout. I recommend bringing your laptop and working on your assignments here if you want to try it out; that'd be a great deal!
The place is nice and comfortable for chatting and working.
It's quiet.
Ample parking.
Excellent and friendly service.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Plenty of power outlets at every table.
-Very comfortable place
-There are power outlets at every table
-There's a balcony for smoking
-Cold AC
-Wi-Fi
-Delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices
-Spacious parking
-Highly recommended for assignments
The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable for chatting, meeting friends/acquaintances, and it's also suitable for a workspace. The service is good and friendly. The food and drinks are quite pricey, but worth it for the taste and experience. The signature drinks are delicious, and I love the croissants. Thank you.
The vibe from afternoon to evening is also good for those who want to slow down working outside. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, not noisy. For those of you who are mendang mendang, it's better to come here less often because the price is quite pricey for what you get in the drink. Ordered butter milk tea, the taste is not special, just ordinary, for the price of 28k it should be more wow. The upstairs interior is also okay, the rooftop vibe outside is really nice in the evening.
I've been to Senja several times, and whether it's worth it depends on the situation.
If you get a comfortable seat indoors with air conditioning, it's worth it.
But if you get a seat on the second floor, it's hot and the air circulation isn't good.
Only a few seats are comfortable for hanging out for long periods.
wifi is also limited; you have to be a member to get it quickly.
Sockets are also limited. There used to be some in the sofa area on the first floor, but now they're even fewer.
The prices are quite expensive for a Jogja cafe.
My milk tea and chocolate croissant cost over 50,000 Rupiah.
Judge for yourself whether it's worth it.
Suggestion: Remove the air freshener on the first floor at the straw table. The smell is strong, and it's not good to constantly spray it in a room full of food.
It's really comfortable here, there are lots of food and drink options. There's definitely wifi, friendly service, clean toilets, I really like it.
The place is cute, Japanese style, some are for smoking, some are air-conditioned, the drinks are quite expensive, but it's nice for chatting with friends, the way to order is to order first, pay, then find a seat, then your name will be called loudly and then you have to take it yourself, there is wifi but it doesn't connect, I'm confused
Hands down, one of the best coffee shops for productivity in Yogyakarta. I don't know why the ambiance makes you productive when working/doing assignments here. It's either the seating position or the lighting. The Wi-Fi isn't the best, but it's fairly good. The parking lot is also quite spacious.
The Ayam Sambal Matah (chicken with sambal matah) is great, and don't forget to order the Cireng with rujak seasoning when you're here; it's perfect for snacking while working. The coffees are okay.
Verdict:
F&B: 8.5/10
Hospitality: 8/10
Ambience: 9/10
Facilities: 9/10
The coffee is delicious, the Senja Caramel Latte is recommended👍🏻. The ambiance is cozy, and the interior is eye-pleasing. The barista is friendly. When the music was too loud, I immediately asked the barista, and thankfully, they responded well😁😁. The coffee is around 30,000 Rupiah, but I used GoFood pickup and got a decent discount, and for a place as comfortable as this, it's totally worth it. 😍😍 The Wi-Fi is also smooth. 🙌🏻
Suggestion: The prayer room could be cleaned as there are a lot of dirt and footprints, and the prayer mats are also a bit smelly. The restrooms are nice, separated for men and women, but they could use more attention to cleanliness (the trash cans are full and there are lots of footprints too).
Overall 9/10 🤍🤍
The toilet is clean, the prayer room is downstairs, the menu is like Senja in general, the plugs are safe, the wifi is okay, nice, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Senja Caramel Latte is delicious, very strong.
The Red Velvet Latte is delicious, with a rich flavor.
But unfortunately, it's a bit pricey. The two menus cost 83k total.
I tried the non-member Wi-Fi earlier. It was a bit slow and stuffy, but overall, the place is comfortable.
First time here. Comfortable place, but unfortunately, using the Wi-Fi is a bit complicated because you have to download the app first.
Elite cafe, wifi is difficult
- The coffee is delicious, really good. I've been here since 2022 and it's still pretty consistent.
- But I haven't found any non-coffee drinks that are as good as that. The tea too. It could still be improved.
- The main course is really delicious. I admire the kitchen.
This is important:
- If you come here to study, do assignments, or work, all the tables are comfortable for laptops or writing (both indoors and outdoors).
There are lots of electrical outlets. Only a few of them are broken, so they can't be used.
- If you're feeling dizzy, there's a rooftop on the 3rd floor. It overlooks the UGM forest. You can just stare blankly.
After the rain, it's really nice to stare blankly up there.
Highly recommended for those of you who want to do assignments here, the wifi is smooth, the AC is good, the food is worth it, just go straight to Senja Coffee, guys
The atmosphere is very nice, very clean, the staff are very friendly..it's a shame not all the seats are close to the power outlet, the member wifi is fast. The payment system is varied and very easy. The palm sugar iced coffee is delicious, but if you like durian you have to try the durian coffee 👍👍👍, the cireng is delicious and the portion is big, can be for two or three. The most important thing is that it is close to the MM UGM campus.
Things the owner needs to pay attention to
1. The Wi-Fi sucks; it's a shame it's unreliable for work, even though the location is very strategic to campus.
2. Taste: Prices are 👎 pricey.
3. Service is slow; I had to wait >15 minutes for my drink.
It's worth the price and the taste, and the place is clean and comfortable. There are power outlets per table and free Wi-Fi.
The place is cozy.. Comfortable and really nice for hanging out, work meetings, for working, for online lectures.. Good job, the food and drinks are also delicious. The toilets are clean, the wifi is okay.
It's easy for introverts to work on assignments.
- One table has only two chairs, and there are many tables.
- There are all the power outlets at each table.
- Great for working on assignments or working alone.
- The table and chairs are the perfect height for a laptop.
At first I was confused about where to park, but it turned out to be in the back. I really like the atmosphere here 🤍 It's perfect for doing assignments alone or with friends. The wifi is fast, the service is friendly, and the seating is quite spacious. The toilet is also clean. I'll do assignments here again sometime, hehe
