Slow Café Madrid - Specialty Coffee Shop

Nice place, very tasty pastry.
For some reason you can’t seat with your laptop near the window.
Paid €6,50 for latte and cake.

they have very strange definition of "laptop friendly". not recommended.

For our Nomad 💻 tribe, here a few comments!

• Type of working: SOLO | one high table with three chairs.
• Music: 🎵🎵 (medium) | be aware if you need to take meetings.
• Coffee: ☕️☕️☕️ (outstanding).

Overall:
Great for a morning working session when you have little to no calls. Brights, lovely staff, and amazing coffee to accompany with a nice dessert!

* We still gave a 5 ⭐️ review, because we understand Nomad workers are not the only type of customer of this business. For the non-Nomad workers we highly recommend this Cafe. 💃🏼

Delicious bizcochos and good coffee

M-F they also let you work with your laptop at one table (good wifi).

Wonderful spot for iced coffee and breakfast (toast with jamon). So good I came back the next day! laptops allowed only on weekdays.

Cute little cafe. Coffee was really good, I just tried to toast with tomato and olive oil, it was yummy with good bakery quality bread. The rest of the menu looks good with decent prices.
It’s laptop friendly with good wifi and a few power outlets laying around.
I didn’t talked much with the baristas because my Spanish sucks but they seems friendly haha
If I had only one negative thing to say is the lack natural light getting in, but it’s because of the location of the street, they can’t really do anything about, they still deserved they 5 stars, anyway on a winter day it doesn’t make any difference haha

Very friendly staff, great espresso and tasty sandwiches! Plus the space is beautiful and has fast wifi.

Explico el porqué...

Es un lugar que es súper tranquilo para trabajar, yo vine dos días seguidos y estuve como 4 horas trabajando sin ningún tipo de inconveniente.

Conexión de internet 5/5 (sirvió para trabajar sin pantallas de carga y pude estar en llamada por google meet por más de 1 hora seguida sin ningún problema.)
Menú 5/5 ( Probé el Espresso, Latte y el Flat White, Tostadas con smash de aguacate, tostadas con humus, tostadas con mermeladas, bowl de yogurt, Sandwich tostado jamón cocido) Todo exquisito.
Staff (5/5) Súper amigable, y no te miran mal cuando sacas una laptop como en otros lugares.
