I’m on a mission to find the cutest cafes and the best coffee in Kuala Lumpur, and today, that journey led me to Slow Wood Coffee. They have an outlet in TTDI and another in Mont Kiara—I visited the Mont Kiara outlet, and oh my god, the coffee! ☕✨

They have a beautifully curated menu with unique coffee experiences, so I asked the barista to recommend something different, no heavy milk, and not too sweet (because coffee should taste like coffee). He suggested the Lemon Jas Club, and honestly, I wasn’t ready for what came next.

✔ Espresso – The strong, bold foundation.
✔ Honey – Just a hint of natural sweetness.
✔ Lemon – Bright, zesty, and refreshing.
✔ Jasmine Tea – The wildcard, subtle and aromatic.
✔ Salted Cream – Smooth, rich, and unexpectedly perfect.

At first, I was skeptical—espresso and jasmine tea together? But this drink is something else. Every single element stands out in harmony, making it refreshing yet deep, complex yet balanced. If you enjoy a citrusy edge in your coffee, this is a MUST-TRY.

The ambience? Cozy, aesthetic, and perfect for working or chilling.
The downside? They close early—last order is at 5:30 PM, and they shut at 6 PM.
The verdict? GO. TRY. EXPERIENCE IT. No explanation can do justice to this coffee. 😍
