I had a really great experience here. I accidentally spilled my entire coffee, and within seconds, a staff member came to help clean up the mess. While I had just moved to another seat, another staff member Vasu was already there with a freshly replaced coffee!

I was genuinely impressed by how attentive, quick, and thoughtful the staff were. This is what exceptional customer service looks like — proactive, caring, and completely hassle-free.

Had the Grande Cappuccino with a Kenya Espresso add-on. The coffee itself was good, and the extra espresso gave it a nice, stronger coffee flavour. I initially enjoyed it, but adding sugar changed the taste and took away from the coffee’s natural flavour. Overall, a good cup and worth trying without sugar.

The café has a really nice and cozy ambience, perfect for catching up with friends, casual meetings, or even working on your laptop. Being in Connaught Place, the location is super convenient and adds to the overall vibe.

Pretty expensive, almost western prices. 300 for a simple cookie. Only came for the tourist mugs that they sell.
They put one small cookie in a big bag with fork and spoon. Cookie also wrapped. Totally unnecessary. Save some resources.

The outlet is located on the main road and is easy to spot with plenty of seating. The caramel macchiato was good. We also ordered their Christmas pastry which was a chocolate pastry decorated beautifully with christmas theme. The only issue was they didn't heat it, it was very hard to eat since it was just removed out of the refrigerator, poor experience

One of the shittiest Starbucks in Delhi. internet was very slow, service was poor, AC was not ON. Definitely not coming here ever again. Place is crowded due to its location and many foreigners are coming due to the brand name. There are way better other branches in Delhi.

Been here for the first time I really enjoyed their wide variety of food and drinks. My oat latte was brewed perfectly by a barista. Overall, a great place to relax. Yes it may get loud, but that’s the whole point of a cafe in Delhi, IMO

Crammed Seating & Poor Service
Visited on Sunday for a peaceful vibe, but the seating was extremely congested and crammed just to fit more people.The food quality was disappointing; the Paneer Sandwich bread was very hard and tasteless. The Caramel Frappuccino flavor was okay but way too sweet for the premium price.On top of that, the staff lacked professionalism and failed to provide a bill for my cash payment. If I ever visit again in the future, I hope to see major improvements in their quality and service.

This place hasn’t changed to the better after renovations. Big tables, long benches for more than 3 people, almost no seat for only 1 or two guests, no privacy. Seats are already dirty. Stuff was friendly but very, very slow. Beside of that, a lot of people did not purchase anything but kept seats occupied.

Located in N Block/near Palika Parking area, it is easy to find and well connected to Rajiv Chowk Metro, making it ideal for quick coffee breaks or long chats with friends. The coffee quality is excellent, especially classics like Cafe Mocha, Caramel Macchiato, and their seasonal specials, and there are plenty of snacks and desserts to go along, though prices are on the higher side as expected from an international brand. Overall, it is one of the best places in CP for premium coffee, Wi‑Fi, and a relaxed café experience.

This Starbucks cafe has a very positive vibe and atmosphere of its own , it’s always buzzing with activity.
The decor is natural wood and jute with plenty of natural light. It has two floors and mostly both are on score but you don’t have to wait for long to get a table.
More than the coffee , the food entices me.
The staffs quick and helpful and helps you with information about your food and coffee.

We liked our experience at this Starbucks location. We visited on a Saturday evening. In the US, Starbucks is considered as the usual, run of the mill coffee, without much refinement. So I didn’t have high expectations going in to this location here. But we were pleasantly surprised.

We got a cappuccino, a red velvet cake and a Dutch truffle cake. The cappuccino was warm, and the cakes were sweet and savoury, just how we had wanted them to be. The froth in the cappuccino wasn’t overkill, so that was great too.

It wasn’t crowded, and there were tables available on both the ground floor as well as on level 1, which is accessible by stairs. The service was prompt, and the coffee menu and the food menu were quite exhaustive.

We especially appreciated the warm smile of the server who brought our food to the table. This Starbucks is located very close to Taco Bell in Connaught Place, and has a welcoming and warm vibe to it.

I’ll be back here for coffee and savoury snacks whenever I’m in the Connaught Place area. Keep up the good work!

Ambient is amazing. Thankfully charging sockets were there. I was there with my friend for more than 2 hours just because of the ambient. It’s great.

When you visit Starbucks, your expectations are high as you would be paying more for a cup of coffee and eatables. You pay more for the experience, taste and convenience.

This is the worst outlet of Starbucks among all the outlets I have been to till date.

I would not like to comment on the positives of this outlet in this review.

To start with, the staff was very unfriendly and confused. They took 15 mins to take the order as they were not sure about the product code I was asking for. They made me stand at the counter for a while. They charged me for some other product which was costlier than the one I was asking for.

Coffee was not at all good. Believe me, cold coffee wasn’t cold at all. I was having room temperature coffee. I asked multiple times to put some ice cubes into the coffee.

One of the staff member was quite rude. Overall, the experience was very bad. They should do something to improve this outlet. Else, this outlet is perfect to put dirt on this brand which is my favourite for having coffee.

I ordered Belgium Chocolate Frappuccino and a Café Mocha both were absolutely delicious, as always. The Frappuccino was rich and indulgent, with just the right balance of chocolate and cream, while the Café Mocha had that deep, comforting flavor I always come back for.

One of the best Starbucks in Delhi NCR where the staff is always well trained. Today we had such a nice experience where the Barista told us about all the relevant offers plus helped us understand the benefits of filling the survey. From the crap service in Gurgaon Starbucks this was so refreshing.

Very Nice staff, I bought A Starbucks card gears ago and never used it, turns out there was some issue with that, these guys activated it for me and I got my order for 900 at only 724 bucks only and I also get a free coffee on my Birthday. Those who are first time visiting, try java chip coffee, I like really smooth coffee so I have my common cold Coffee, I had red velvet cheesecake and pasta before, Its awesome. Washrooms are available, free wifi Connectivity and Cool Interiors. Perfect for a Date and business meetings or old friend reunion!
