This was really hard to believe, but it’s 100% true. This young woman who is a barista named Olivia was probably one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered working at Starbucks. She was very argumentative and combative, Seriously, who trained this young woman? I ordered an Americano for my friend and I. When the Americanos came out, they were very watery. Overly watery. We drink them all the time.

My friend goes up to the counter and politely asked Olivia can she remake the Americanos Because they were a bit water, And immediately she begin to respond by justifying why it was watery. Arguing that It’s because of the size we asked for, and so on and so forth. I mean, what? What happened to Professionalism and the customer and just remaking the drinks? 🤷‍♂️ What is wrong with this generation when it comes to Customer Service? She literally begin to go going back-and-forth, being very passive aggressive and combative. I was shocked! Who is running this place? It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Mind you we are a lot older than Young Olivia is. Finally, she grabbed the drinks and remade them. While she’s remaking them we brush it off, my friend and I start talking about something else, and you can hear her speaking with a coworker Complaining about Remaking our order. When she called My friend to the counter to give us the remade order She couldn’t help herself and had to say something else, and in a smart Alec way she says “ Americanos are Two shots with water, That’s why it’s watery”. My friend, taken back that she is still keeping this attitude up responds maturely and says “thank you, I am aware of what Americanos are. I drink them every day.”

Listen, I understand that everybody has bad days, but who in the world trained this young woman and why does she think this is OK? This young woman severely needs to be Corrected by management, retrained Or let go! This is absolutely not how you behave with your customers that spend their hard earned money for your services. Absolutely terrible experience.

And by the way, The second time around they got the Americano right so thank you for that. 👍

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and its manager, Kevin, is an exceptional guy! The entire team is genuinely kind and attentive. As a remote worker who frequents various coffee shops, I’ve found this location stands out. Here, I truly feel valued; the staff often stop by my table just to check if I need anything or offer me water. It's these thoughtful gestures that make working here such a great experience.

When certain baristas (esp Adrian and Emily) are working here, things go very smoothly in line. They are quite fast and friendly! Every now and then a less trained person snags up the flow, and I have left the drive thru line without my order more than once. One time I jumped out of my car and ran inside, but was made to wait for a good 10 minutes while the young woman at the register helped another customer pick out a cup. Pretty sure she could have let me check out while that decision was being made. Very frustrating, but honestly most days are a pleasant experience.

Came here after Hurricane Beryl in need of coffee as a desperate night shifter working in the hospital. I wanted to try something new, that would be tasty yet caffeinating, and Remi was extremely friendly and helped me modify a drink to be delicious yet caffeinating. I’ve gone to starbucks for years, and this was the friendliest barista I have met. Officially my favorite location!

Always a great place to get a good cup of coffee. The staff seem genuinely happy to be working there.

Staff was amazing, there was a deal for a free drink on the app, that wasn't working, they gave me the free drink anyways. Super nice!
