Starbucks Coffee Company

God sent me here to this particular location earlier today for a cup of coffee, a strong wifi signal, and to complete some morning work on my computer.

While I fully understand and acknowledge companies have policies and protocols in place for a reason, I firmly believe that having a soul, showing love through heartfelt actions, and putting people over profits is vastly more important than corporate instituted guidelines.

With that said, I am NOT leaving this review for the five (5) star experience I received here today, but instead for the beautiful situation that occurred once I left this establishment with my new buddy, Neil.

Even though Neil is struggling in life, doesn't have any money, and isn't close to his mom or brother at the moment, he is still a human being. He was created in God's image, he has a heart and a soul.

I am happy to say that Neil was blessed by God today. This man was able to get his coffee, an amazing country breakfast from a local diner down the street, and a clean sweatshirt to keep him warm during these chilly February nights.

I expect better from those that have so much, and so does our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ...

Thank you so much to the ladies that were working tonight! I stopped in to pick up hot chocolates for some cheerleaders that are practicing outside in this cold and they were all extremely helpful, fast, and even helped take my drinks to the car. They went above and beyond!

Every time I come here the people that work here are very rude. They either make faces, do not speak to you, or one time the lady is repeatedly sighing and making side comments over the headset while taking my order. Drinks are fine but they need to work on the atmosphere. working in customer service myself I understand there are difficult days but consistent rude service means something is wrong with the people they are hiring or the way they are treating staff. Not interested in coming here again and being treated rudely. Also i sat at the window for three minutes before I was even greeted

I walked in yesterday in the middle of the worst panic attack I have had in years. I wanted to order and leave but my body wouldn’t allow me to calmly explain what I wanted and continue crying in the car. I want to thank all of the baristas working yesterday. Especially one - I don’t want to put her name on the internet but she knows who she is. Thank you for the support I needed in that moment and our therapy session.

i come frequently and do work in the lobby and no matter what time of day i come and no matter how busy the cafe is. they always take over 10 minutes to make my drink because they don't have many people working and all they seem to care about are the drive thru customers.

The only African American lady with braids and bad acne, working this morning 8/25/23 had the ugliest attitude. Starbucks needs to do something with her! It's literally 8:17 in the morning and she's giving people dirty looks and not saying names when putting(HOT) drinks down, how was I supposed to know it was there.. The young lady with braces was super sweet and had the biggest smile when she greeted me this morning, that really helped change the energy.

Typical Starbucks but not terribly busy since it was the dinner hour. Even so, the person who took my order made a drink seemingly for themselves, removed their apron & left the counter. One of the 2 people working at the drive through went looking for him briefly before returning to the window where they made a couple of drinks, etc. So I'm standing a few minutes while nobody is manning the counter or even talking notice of me standing 3 feet away. The guy comes back, they all talk & have a good time before one of the women casually comes over, tosses a couple teabags in a cup, overfills it with water, calls out the names of the teas in it, puts it on the counter & returns to their talk. No thank yous, no smiles, no connection & weak tea. 🙁

they are fast and coffee taste great and the girl at register working drive thru also is great and great customer service. the little dude however his customer service needs work. he says to me r u sure u dont want whip cream and i said yes im sure i do not like it and he says oh well whip cream is good and cool people like it. so i just flipped hos insult back to him and said yea but you wont find any cool people workin here..he didnt get it but i did and other customers did....

Updated and huge! This place has room to spread out, whip out your laptop and get some highly caffeinated web surfing work completed. Has a bit of a loungy feel as compared to a standard location. Service was more smiley than most Starbucks, which was comforting.

To the lady working in the drive through on 12/5 at 1:30pm with and pride heart on her uniform, get your attitude straight all I did was order and she was rude, didn’t greet us and when my husband said thank you because he’s nice she completely ignored him and shut the window, if you can’t handle working there then don’t Im not the reason your there 🙄.

Blonde Girl working drive thru on saturday at around 3:00 recommended me a drink way better than the one i originally wanted and was super nice best experience I've had at any Starbucks

WEDNESDAY working LATE REMOTELY HITS DIFFERENT AT STARBUCKS . NOT MUCH PEOPLE THERE TONIGHT. internet workS GREAT . CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO WAS GOOD . HELPED TO KEEP SLEEP 😴 AT BAY WHILE work WAS DONE.
