Earlier this week I was really looking forward to nice cup of coffee while I got some school work done. I came across Summer moon and went inside and fell in love with the setup. There was a lounge area upon entrance as well as an upstairs lounge area allowing enough room for costumers. While waiting for my order I hear this woman walk up to a worker named Emily and before she could finish asking for the restroom code she cut her off and said in a rude tone “it’s 6943”. Shortly after I got my order and sat down and the women came back to informed her that it didn’t work. The worker Emily annoyingly replied “it’s gonna work, go try it again” and the woman just left after that. I felt so uncomfortable with the customer service that I just had to leave as well. Never coming back. Maybe summer moon should really look into their employees.
