The decor is very nice and they are very friendly. This is a good place with air-con and wifi if you need to do work.

A wonderful quiet place to work or have a quiet moment to think. The cafe is comfortable, nice and cold away from the heat and is set in a green area the surrounds the cafe. The staff and friendly and welcoming. I only had a drink and it was cold and exactly what I was after. Definitely recommend going there to chill out either inside or out.

The Bear Cafe is sorted out comfortably. With a variety of SE Asian and Western dishes to choose from and it's 0700 am - 1100 pm operating hours we could not help but make it our go to place for food, drinks and coffee.
It's location is lovely, convenient and isolated from the congestion we experienced in the Pub Street Area to include the street vendors with their little plastic tables and chairs along the river walk.
While dining or enjoying the upper level bar for drinks we spent both night and days there.
The wifi is very fast for the region, we clocked it at best 90mbps downlink with a 70mbps uplink. This allowed us to mount our phone and a small tripod, pair our ear buds up and enjoy a streaming movie via Vudu or upload videos while we enjoyed our meal and drink.
Needless to say whenever we return to Siem Reap "The Bear Cafe" will be on our itinerary as our favorite place to chill while we wine and dine during our stay.
