really cool place to hand out. have some bubble tea, great flavors and varieties and mix and match options. board games, wifi, nice staff and very chill atmosphere.

Walked in on a Tuesday evening needing a quick bite 🥘 and a tasty drink 🥤. This place did just that, two friendly ladies took and handled my order quickly had some time to take in the ambiance which was pleasant. Was able to connect to their wifi and handle some business, I shall be back 😊

This location is absolutely outstanding!! It’s my go-to “coffee run” almost every day. The atmosphere is such a vibe and definitely Instagram-ready, but truthfully, there’s one person who keeps me coming back every single time… Michelle!!

From our very first interaction to now, every time she’s working I’m greeted with a beautiful smile, the kind of energy I honestly need to start my day, great conversation, and the most cheerful demeanor. She knows my order to a T (large peach green tea with mango and strawberry popping boba, extra sweet) and somehow makes it perfect every single time. She even remebered my birthdayy!!!

As someone who works in the service industry, I notice the small things and Michelle gets it. Her attentiveness, attention to detail, and genuinely positive attitude make all the difference. She doesn’t just do her job, she creates an experience.

Keep doing your thing, Michelle. You are truly a light in this world, pookie!! ♥️

Today I got an AMAZING drink!! The employee working at the time, Ada, recommended the Taro Cream Tea and it was DELICIOUS!! Yall deserve the 5 stars for the very fast service.

Overall I’m disappointed in this place. I was staying at the hotel close by and used to work and live locally here but as a visitor I won’t be going back. The inside looks super cool and they have a decent menu and the products were goodish but hands down the staff and customer service was absolutely terrible. Employee (girl with head scarf and curly hair) was slow to greet and to ask what I wanted , and you want to know why she was slow … because she was on her phone. Not only was she on her phone, but as I began to ask questions about products that they had, she was texting and was barely paying attention. Like how unprofessional and rude is it that when a customer comes in your sitting, actively texting on your phone, not only as you’re walking up to the counter but as you’re actively taking an order from the customer. The atmosphere was dull when you would think it would be pretty lively for a place that looks this cool and it’s pretty obvious why probably. The staff showed no excitement, simple orders took literally 10 times longer than what they needed to be because employees were busy on their phones and doing God knows what. Aside from the male employee working.

One lady waited, which seem to be 20+ minutes. Even though her order seemed pretty simple. And there were a total of like four to six people in the store four of which had already gotten their stuff. This place could easily be a solid 4-5 star establishment that has a great ambience and vibe, but honestly, the customer service was awkward, slightly annoying, and felt very, very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I never leave reviews hardly ever, but this one definitely needed an honest one. Fix the staff attitude and professionalism issues and this place would be 100x better.

Knocking off some stars because of my last experience here. Love the tea but the customer service is another story. Whoever was working last night provided pretty bad customer service. I was not aware that I had a free drink award till after I made my order. I ordered a small tea and after the cashier told me I had a free drink reward and asked me if I wanted to use it, I said "sure, can I change that to a medium size then?" (Since you can use it for any size) She says, "sorry, the transaction already went through." Instead of doing the nice thing and give me a medium, she basically went 'sorry, too bad'. They hadn't even started making the drink yet, so why not?? They don't do remakes here?? Pretty sure they can. Just had to say that was some sad customer service from that girl. I was also there with my friend and we ordered pretty much at the same time, but my drink wasn't ready till much longer after hers came up. Usually our drinks come up at the same time. I am not sure what happended but I think they somehow forgot about my order. Then they also rudely invaded our personal space while they were decorating.. Like, couldn't you just wait for us to leave? We left shortly after that happened. I'm not happy with that last experience. Probably won't go back for a while...

First time here and I was so excited to go and get some grading done! I saw fantastic reviews.... only to find ants all over the place. Couldn’t put my laptop down without having to squish an ant. This place is cute at first glance, and has yummy tea, but do not sit down, it’s so disgusting. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Took my family and ordered 3 drinks. One of the drinks was a lemonade, nothing special, but the eye lash i found in it. Took it back to the employee working, and she made another for me. Got the lemonadeback again, and this time, it looked like water, Took a drink, and it was just water down lemonade. Requested a refund, and got it.

The drinks were delicious. However, the young woman working on Saturday, October 10, 2026, had a bad attitude from the moment she saw us park our vehicle; she glared at us with such anger and wide, angry eyes.
