Wonderful place to hangout with friends, specifically the outdoor area with umbrella stands and shady trees veiling the sun.

Atmosphere - 4
Ideal location for casual business talk, small talk and coffee dates. studying is okay, aided by fast, unlimited wifi. However, the neighbouring conversations may prove a bit difficult to study without earphones. There are also no power plugs upstairs.

Food - 5
The coffee and food are well worth the price, especially the freshly baked bread. During waffle orders, the whole Cafe fills up with the mouth-watering scent of the hot, steaming delicacy. The food are also reasonably priced.

Service - 5
Greeted by smiles, the staff are very helpful and patient.

Definitely a place I'd visit over and over on study dates. Parking may be a bit difficult in the street however.

This cafe is very clean and not noisy. wifi is available. Egg salad sandwich was delicious. The price is not too expensive, but staff response was not good.

The Starbucks of Myanmar, great place to go to do any work also.
