However, the service I received was spectacular in terms of helpfulness and friendliness.

Upstairs is for eating and drinking, but if you want to work/study, just make your way downstairs and you should have no problem situating yourself in order to get some work done.

Highly recommended!

Un lugar increíble para poder degustar un buen café o postre. Ofrecen diferentes especialidades de café y el ambiente es comfortable. Muy buena atención y el wifi funciona de maravilla así que también sirve de espacio para trabajar en remoto.

They kick you out from the nice tables if you're using your laptop - literally send you to the basement. This is a tiny coffee shop, not a restaurant - a little heads up re such original policy would be nice

Una cafetería agradable con variedad de opciones veganas, no veganas y saludables. Perfecto para estudiar en la sala de abajo. Tienen buen wifi. Los cafés vienen bien presentados y además con vaso de agua, cosa que se agradece mucho! Volveré sin duda.

I quite enjoyed the brunch here, service was lovely, and a great atmosphere if you wanna use your laptop. Unfortunately the coffee was too acidic for my taste.

The Fix is a Specialty coffee shop in Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid, Spain. They serve breakfast & brunch all day, and have scrumptious gluten free goodies. Their ambiance is neat and modern. You can work on your laptop on their basement as the main floor is laptop free. In the video you can see their gluten free pancakes topped with blueberry compote and a side of bacon and mascarpone cheese. I algo got their long black coffee (twice) to pair with such a substantial breakfast.

They forgot to bring the first coffee I ordered and it was a little cold.

This is the best cafe con leche I have had in madrid for 2.50!
Also a great place to work in if you bring your laptop downstairs.

Decepcionante en general. Primero de todo el camarero no supo qué recomendarnos, “lo que veis en la carta”, menuda respuesta! , aunque fueron “amables”. Debe faltar personal porque tardaron mucho en traernos los platos, para cuando llegaron ya nos habíamos tomado el café de hecho. Los platos ricos, pedimos un poco de todo para probar, aunque el bowl de muesli no tenía nada plausible, muy plano. No hay cobertura móvil, pero al menos tiene wifi. Por lo que pagas me parece moderneo, simplemente. No lo puedo recomendar, pero no está mal.

Enjoyed working in the cellar as part of a digital workspace with a great menu if you fancy a coffee while you work. If you prefer to just catch up with friends the upstairs section doesn't allow the laptops so a simple system to maximize everyone's enjoyment.

Sehr leckereres Frühstück. Sehr nette freundliche Angestellte. Wir haben im Basement gesessen. Kennen sie das sie müssen den Kellner etwas fragen was quasi jeder Gast fragen muss? Warum bietet man ihnen diese Info nicht gleich? Hier als wir rein gekommen sind sage der Kellner. „Wir haben unten noch Plätze im Basement. Sie können den Qr Code scannen und ich komme in ein paar Minuten und nehme die Bestellung auf“. Wer jetzt denkt der Qr führ einen zur Speisekarte irrt. Das ist das wifi vom Keller. Und man kann auf Google Maps die Karte lesen😜😂

A nice neighborhood coffee place. Not only you get good coffee but also good breakfast/brunch options. You can also work there downstairs. Nice people.

Update: it is extremely frustrating that they run out of croissants at 9.30. Every day. Still for some strange reason they can’t order more. This also means that items on the menu with croissants become not available. This is very strange but does not look good because it is a recurring issue which the owners don’t want to resolve.

Una buena ubicación, un buen ambiente cosmopolita. Es cierto que eché en falta algo más de personalidad en el local.
Quizá el equipo no trasmite mucha alegría, bastante serio, caso impersonal. Sería un acierto trasmitir algo mas.

Varios de los clientes que encontré parecían profesionales, con sus ordenadores y teléfonos.
Un buen lugar para reunirse y hablar temas de laborales.

La comida bien. Precio mejorable, decoración con mucha mejora. Pero cumple su función. El piso de abajo no tiene buena cobertura, recuerda conectarte al wifi del local.

Por cierto, buen detalle ofrecer café con un vaso de agua.

Un local que tienes más posibilidades de las que realmente ofrecen.
