The Old Phuket Coffee "Coffee Station"

Little coffee shop (it also sells alcohol and food). Free wifi. Nice staff. Prices are average. Loads of old pictures and radios as decorations.

One of the best cafes/restaurants in Old Phuket Town — “The Old Phuket Coffee: Coffee Station” really stands out among the colorful old-town streets.

They’ve got a huge variety of food and beverages, from local Thai dishes to quick snacks and smoothies. Portion size is generous too. The **mango smoothie** is a must-try — one of the best I had in Thailand! Also, the **chicken with rice** was delicious; if you’re Indian, you’ll definitely enjoy the flavor. They’ve got vegetarian options as well, which is a plus.

Staff were a bit in a hurry (and honestly, maybe not the biggest fans of Indian tourists 😅) — but I get it, the place gets super busy. Still, my personal experience was good overall. One of the young girls working there caught my attention — very natural Thai beauty, no makeup, just that simple charm you rarely see. As a photographer and videographer, you tend to notice such things!

The café itself is located on a street corner with two open sides, so you can sit and enjoy your food while watching the beautiful Old Phuket market street. The whole area feels a bit like **Pondicherry in India** — colorful, colonial vibes with a French touch.

Inside the restaurant, you’ll also find some cool old-school decor like vintage sewing machines and classic irons — gives the place a rustic, nostalgic feel.

Overall, it’s a perfect café to relax with friends, family, or loved ones. Nice food, cozy ambience, and old-town charm. And hey, if you visit after reading my review — say hi to that waitress girl from my side! 😉

Great retro decor and photo opportunity. Good pit stop for a quick iced coffee but shame the staff didn't say food wasn't available until after browsing the menu and deciding what to eat. Staff could do with a smile now and then.. 😂 Free wifi
