I’ve been staying in Versova for 2 weeks and used Third Wave for my daily coffee.
I like good coffee & it tastes really good here.
The staff are great…one of the girls helped me get on her wifi as I couldn’t connect.
Ganesh is an excellent employee. Thank you for making my time here so pleasant!

But price is not worth the quality

Slow service. People had to wait. No taste. Either they have to use quality ingredients or change the recipies or train the staff.

Staff talks loudly.
Too much of work noise. Cutlery, machines etc. Staff can't handle it properly. Either they bang it or drop it.

Roaches around. Unhygienic.

Open wifi didn't work.
