Tociekawa- Specialty Coffee

This was a lovely specialty coffee spot right in the heart of the city. It was a rainy Saturday, so sitting in their cool backyard wasn’t ideal, but we still did, and really enjoyed it. It’s impressive how well it blocks out the noise of the busy street just meters away, it truly feels like a hidden garden.

I’ll definitely come back on a proper summer day to enjoy it fully. Also worth noting: I saw quite a few people working inside, so it seems like a good place to get some work done too. Recommended!

Lovely coffee and cakes and a calming atmosphere :) Even though we can't speak any polish the lady working was really helpful and talked us through all the cake options and made us feel welcome!

Coffee here is super fresh and tasty 🌸 It is so convenient to work with the laptop if you can find a table. The garden is super nice with comfy chairs. 🌞

If the coffee wasn't so amazing, I wouldn't be able to give this place so many stars. But it is possibly the best tasting coffee I had in Krakow.

I would have liked to drink it there but it was very full. It's a very busy café, despite being quite far from tourist areas, so expect a lot of locals. Which is also a good sign.

The staff was okay. The guy working there was friendly and fast, but everyone else seemed either confused, slow, or just not interested in working. There was a long queue to order and some of the female employees were just sitting around with their friends chatting. (I understand people need breaks but it seemed strange to be taking up seats meant for customers when there are so few spaces). There was a long wait to order, and even after ordering, it took quite a while for my drink even though there weren't that many people at that point.

I ordered a cortado since I saw that I would have to take it away. The beans and roast are amazing, the flavour is excellent, and the consistency of the cortado was perfect! The milk was great. But it had no real skill in presentation.

I personally am not picky about latte art and find it's sometimes an excuse to claim it is good coffee at expensive prices when it isn't. So I would rather have a wonderful tasting coffee and no art over a bad coffee with fantastic latte art. But it was a little odd that a cafe of this calibre wouldn't do foam art. Perhaps the barista was rushing because of the number of orders and this isn't normal.

Either way, I felt the whole experience was slow yet rushed and a bit uncomfortable, but the coffee was amazing. The cakes also look really good too.

Good prices for superb coffee, and it's dog-friendly too! I do recommend it for the best espresso in Krakow.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Tociekawa has been the best discovery during our trip to Krakow. Luckily we discovered it on our first day and have been going there every morning (and sometimes also afternoon). Their chemex coffee is incredible. We also recommend trying the tiramisu, the spanish cheesecake with pistachio, and the cinnamon roll and enjoying them outside in their garden. The girls working there are also the kindest people and will explain all the cheesecake flavors and coffee of the day!

This cafe is my new fav in Krakow! It's super cozy inside and the coffee is just perfect. They have really friendly people working there, and you can always count on getting a delicious cup of coffee every time you visit 🤩

Delightful. My cappuccino was perfectly made. The interior is charmingly hipster. Service was also available in English. There is a level below ground for those who want to work on a laptop while enjoying their coffee.

Bardzo przyjemna kawiarnia. Wiele rodzajów napoi zarówno na ciepło i na zimo. Świeże ciastka i przekąski. Miejsce laptop friendly 💻, to na plus. Dość spory ruch więc przydadzą się słuchawki. Jest trochę miejsc siedzących w podziemiach, na parterze i antresoli. Polecam.

Risky for coffee connoisseurs. I smelt the beans (superb), but what happened during the V60 was absolutely sub-optimal to be polite. I also tasted the batch brew, which tastet great but with the wrong bean/water ratio... Great place to work. Decent wifi

Great cafe. Lovely raspberry lemonade and amaaaaaaazing cakes and cheesecakes.
The place is very beautiful and has wifi, plenty of space for coworking, and best of all, a beautiful garden to sunbath/chill in.

Excellent coffee, great cakes. Ive had two V60's here. The coffee selection is insane and they definitely know what they do. I think that was the best v60 handfilter coffee ive ever had.

Tried a peanut style cheesecake also which was sooooo delicious.

Also a great place to work. Power plugs, free and stable wifi, nice music in the background. Will come back and recommend!

Very lovely space. Good ice latte. Good breakfast sandiwches. There are plug sockets to charge phone and free wifi.

I love this place. It is warm and welcoming, the ladies serving the coffee are lovely, and it has different options for seating. The coffee and desserts are very good. It has decent wifi and many AC sockets. I just can't find any negative aspects.

Lovely cafe, nice interior and very tasty food - sandwiches were great and tiramisu as well. Stable wifi to work from.

Cytrynowy sernik to najlepszy sernik, jaki jadłam w życiu. Mega przytulny wystrój, przemiła obsługa, jest wifi. Antresola skradła moje serce. Bardzo polecam!
