Not great for remote work. Power outages makes wifi choppy or not even work.
This is a great place! Love the coffee and the ambiance is very cool and modern. Staff is always friendly! My only complaints is that the wifi is unstable. If you are going here just for coffee it’s 5 stars, but if you need to do some work on your laptop, be aware that it’s not constant.
**EDIT** - Editing my review to 5 stars, since I visited again to work for a full day and the internet was great all the time. Thanks for taking this into consideration. Great place, definitely recommend.
The quality of food and coffee 💯👌 The staff is friendly and helpful🙏 The design is beautiful. The space is smart- you can find whatever you want. I mean if you are a local and wanna show your new Michael Kors’ bag is the right place. If you are a traveler and obviously not interested in brands, but meet new people is the right place. If you are looking for a coworking place , you can find it here.
Good wifi and safe location.
I really loved this café. I was daily visiting it during my business trip. Even tho it was not near my hotel, I would still go.
Busy place with many locals enjoying brunch or just working remotely. Good wifi with many electric outlets available.
Nice flat white, good tea and the food also is good. They also have filter brewing methods, despite the profile of the coffee wasn’t my favorite, the extraction was good. Baristas and waiters were friendly.
I took home some souvenirs! I’m going back to Bogota for work soon and definitely will visit the place again.
Azahar is the place to have coffee without a doubt. It is ideal to spend a nice evening with friends, family or significant other. Also great for working/studying/reading. But the best of all is their coffee, there are high quality blends and unique origin coffee which you can have by french press or filter, if you want to take this experience to your house they also sell beans of azahar coffee and ground it down for you to take home.
If you visit Bogotá, do not miss trying this place!
Super strong and reliable wifi (40 mgbs). I used it for 3 hrs without issue. Amazing environment. Good iced latte. Great food. Enjoyable music in the background, though it is a little loud.
They offer awesome coffee, service and interior :)
You can charge your phone while using wifi!
Perfect place to relax
The coffee is delicious and have the option to try different kinds of it. In the afternoon is very crowded since poor are working there. They Have bakery options if you want not only to drink coffee.
We had some delicious chemex coffee there, but unfortunately the croissants were not that fresh. Great ambiente and definitely would come back as it also seems to be a good place to work on your laptop.
Edited*. The double charges did get corrected! The coffee was really good and in the end all went fine, thanks for the correction of th double charges.
Pre- Edit comment.
The server charged me twice on my debit card telling me its not working and charged me a third time on my credit card. Not very professional, if bad blooded or not.
Colombian brew champion works here so it's a good joint
They have some great coffees, wifi is solid. I walked by a few times and saw it super busy but when I went it was fine. I've yet to really explore the menu but the best thing about this place is that you are given a card with the coffee tasting wheel to show you what flavours it is.
Probably one of the best cafe working experiences I've had. The benches were plush, outlets everywhere, service was amazing and wifi was strong and consistent, and the coffee was excellent
Very noisy place. No idea how people can meet and talk or work here. The service was polite, but not super friendly. Coffee with cashewmilk was pricy and quiet watery. No vegan pastries. At least the wifi worked well. Overrated!
Food is good with rather small portions, coffee is good but they dont have single origin, only their own blends: it's not a specialty coffee shop. Waiters dont know too much about their coffee either.
wifi is fast but they block VPNs.
Nice place, good food, excellent coffee and calm atmosphere. I had a burrito breakfast, almond croissant and coffee and all were very good.
I also sat with my computer and it was comfortable for working.
I went yesterday and struggled to get a waiter's attention.
I also left something there and called repeatedly, but no one answered.
P.S. I found it when I went back, but you seriously need to fix your phone number; neither the website nor Google Maps listing has a working number.
Good coffee, nice atmosphere and wifi. They have a coffee sample, a must try. Bring your charger, a lot of power outlets for guests. It gets crowded in the evening.
Good wifi, love the ambient/ music, had an avocado toast with egg and it was delicious, the chocolate cookies too. It's surrounded in glass, so lots of natural sunlight is a plus!
Great selection of coffee and a very nice place to spend the afternoon. There is room to bring a laptop and work. Tried the 70% chocolate drink, nicely done!
One of the best places to live the real coffee experience in the zone, great for a meeting and with good wifi service in case you need to work. Definitely way better than Starbucks
Coffee is great! Slow service and the food is nothing remarkable. Excellent for working and just coffee.
Cute place to work with wifi and outlets but food and drinks were below average.
Quality Colombian coffee and a great atmosphere to meet up with friends or work on your laptop
Great chocolate 🍰. And coffee, and wifi
Azahar has a special and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for studying, working, or holding a meeting. The coffee is delicious, and the desserts are too. The entire team is very friendly and attentive. It has comfortable high tables, Wi-Fi, and power outlets for working. Prices range from moderate to high. Coffee starts at 5500, and pastries from around 6000.
The eggs are not worth it at all. They cost almost 25,000 pesos and are easily comparable to those at any regular coffee shop, with the added bonus of being served almost cold. The burrito is nothing special.
The only thing I think is worthwhile is the coffee. The service is terrible; unless you're a foreigner or have a laptop, forget about getting good service.
Excellent beans from the best coffee-growing regions of Colombia, with sweet and bright profiles. The shop has a very cozy atmosphere for working on your laptop.
It's a fantastic space to have coffee while you work. They have power outlets for charging your laptop, you can hang your briefcase under the table, and they have Wi-Fi as long as you make a purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if my internet goes down and I need to work urgently. I recommend the chicken and bacon sandwich—it's delicious.
A great place to grab a coffee, or even for informal meetings where computers are needed. The workstations have power outlets and the place has Wi-Fi. Very pleasant, with a young and modern concept.
Excellent place, free Wi-Fi, exquisite 🍷💅
I thoroughly enjoyed the tea and food. However, on my way to the coffee shop, the water in my bag melted, soaking everything inside, including my laptop. Before leaving the café, I asked a server if they had a plastic bag to protect my laptop, as I didn't want to put it back in the wet bag. He replied that they only had paper bags, which weren't suitable for that purpose, and that the trash bags they use were too large and they couldn't give me one, as they were "only for their use."
I find this a bit odd, because I'm sure the prices I pay for the products include the cost of amenities like trash bags, so I consider that I've already contributed to that expense. I think in situations like these, it would be great if the staff were more flexible in helping customers. I'm sure many customers would greatly appreciate that extra gesture of hospitality.
Perhaps next time, they could consider how small actions like this could further enhance the experience at their establishment.
Delicious Chai, a great atmosphere, and very fast Wi-Fi for checking emails or tinkering with the computer while you wait.
Excellent for breakfast or coffee, although they also have some lunch options, including vegan choices. It's also a good place to work since they have several tables with electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, and are pet-friendly.
Overall, a very good place, pleasant atmosphere, good Wi-Fi, and excellent service. They sometimes get a bit loud with the music; it's a place to have coffee or something similar, not a nightclub. A latte costs 7000 COP, so make sure you have cash.
The coffee is excellent, as is the music. The atmosphere is great. They have fast Wi-Fi. However, the service was a bit indifferent.
Very nice place, a different kind of cafe, we had to wait for a table, the service is very good, and there is a wifi zone.
It was recently renovated and has a pretty interesting coffee and tea menu. The cocoa, on the other hand, isn't their strong point, so I don't recommend it. I ordered an avocado toast and I must say it was VERY good—the size, flavor, and toppings were all excellent. You can add extras if you want, and it makes for a great breakfast or lunch. The wifi signal is also very good for working.
Delicious, it has Wi-Fi and it's great for taking out your PC and working or meeting with other people in a casual, lounge-like setting.
