Welcoming atmosphere, good coffee and cake options. wifi doesn't work very well.

Super cute place with great food, wifi, and a place to work/study.

I didn't like it.
Hype. For the price, there are better options from the competition.
The coffee is well made and the filter is nice.
The sandwiches are more expensive than they should be.
The service shocked me. A customer arrived at the next table, ordered a cake and opened his laptop. The waiter said, "You have to consume more to use the computer."
Okay, I think there should be a minimum consumption amount, but treat customers politely.

I used to go to this place every week, especially on Thursdays, and I always left at least R$70.00 in consumption.
Imagine my surprise when today, at 4:00 PM, the place was full of empty tables. I went in and ordered my coffee and cake, and took the opportunity to grab my tablet to check some emails and browse a bit. Immediately (really, at the same instant), a waitress left a note on the table, marking my time and warning that if I stayed more than 30 minutes they would charge me an extra R$25.00 for occupying the table, I don't remember now if it was every 30 minutes. The absurd claim was that I was using the place as a co-working space. I repeat, I had just sat down. Next to me was a group of women with nothing on their table, chatting for who knows how long, and not a single rude note for them. An immense disrespect, a complete lack of courtesy towards the customer, the typical "shoot first and ask questions later". I wasn't even using the Wi-Fi there (my tablet has 4G). Look, the place doesn't have air conditioning, even on a very hot day, and the tables are quite small. Why would I work there in an environment that doesn't offer the minimum conditions for it? Only if I were crazy.
Okay, if they want to avoid customers with this profile, they just need to write down the time the customer sat down (write it down for themselves, without telling the customer). After the 30 minutes they want the customer to stay in the establishment, they should present the infamous paper with the disrespectful warnings and give them 5 minutes to close their things and leave. And what's the difference between a customer who stays for 1 or 2 hours and consumes the same as 4 or 5 customers who stay for 10 or 20 minutes each? Starbucks doesn't even ask about that, it offers Wi-Fi that is renewable every 90 minutes with new consumption, has perfect air conditioning and tables that are even adequate for a workday, and I don't believe Starbucks is going bankrupt for this reason! If the place were packed, with people waiting for a table, it would make sense to politely and immediately inform them about this restriction, but at most, 30% or 40% of the tables were occupied.

Moral of the story: I canceled my order and I'll never set foot there again.

Another moral: If you plan to stay there for more than 30 minutes, know that they may consider you to be working and charge you for it. In other words, stay less than 30 minutes in the establishment.

Excellent, a very pleasant place with great snacks and service. All the "little things" are for sale, and you can look at them while enjoying a coffee. They have Wi-Fi, but you need to buy something to use it, of course.

A delightful place, excellent atmosphere, delicious food, super and truly pet-friendly, plus lots of things to buy!!!! It's a place to gather with friends, family, and doggies to celebrate good humor, life, and good vibes! Want to go there to complain about life, use free Wi-Fi, and look for something to complain about because of a boring and empty life? Don't go! It's a place to celebrate good times and help worthy and humane entrepreneurs bring color to the lives of many people!

The Wi-Fi doesn't work and there aren't enough outlets in all the spaces to charge a cell phone or use a computer – like any modern, up-to-date café. Currently, this is a huge flaw!!!!

Despite the place being super cute.

Well, yesterday I went to the place, which I really like. It was packed because of the rain, and they told me there was a space in the back where I could sit.

Perfect, I went there, and there was a lamp on – which didn't affect the light or anything else, it just serves as decoration. With no other outlets available, I turned off the lamp and plugged in my cell phone, as it was dead. To my bad impression of the place, the waitress and then the manager told me that the lamp couldn't be turned off for even a minute, and that to use an outlet I needed to change locations – and thus leave the little corner where they had placed me. Please, people? Let's improve the quality of service.

I have so much love in my heart!!
It wouldn't have hindered circulation at all if I had plugged the charger in since I was in the last room, in a place that few people go. Turning off your lamp wouldn't make any difference to the atmosphere.
I was occupying a table with 4 seats because you put me there, but then you asked me to leave (that's very inconvenient).
I don't impose my rules - I'm just saying that a modern café today needs to have easily accessible places to charge cell phones and plug in laptops (it's that simple).
You need marketing advice; the answer to this assessment was simple. Apologize for the inconvenience, such as: we are providing appropriate outlets on site. That's it!!
But you prefer to argue with the customer - who pays a lot for good service.
I stayed until the end only because it was raining and I needed to wait for the rotation time - and not because I liked being treated disrespectfully.
Another point, you told me you were the MANAGER - and it seems you're the OWNER. Why lie? Resolve the problem right there and then.
Please, professionalism helps in these situations.

You know that cute place you go to thinking it's going to be one of your favorite spots in the city? That's how we felt when we arrived at Café das Coisinhas! But it was a surprise when we encountered quite poor service... at no point did they look at us and we were treated with great indifference, in a rude manner... from when we arrived, placed our order, asked about the wifi, and especially when we were leaving... I was quite upset! :( It's worth mentioning that we reserved 2 hours of a room for a meeting... I was charged for 3 hours when I went to pay (we actually stayed half an hour longer) and, after questioning it, they only charged me the proportional amount (thank you!). But, honestly, that wasn't what made me give this review... but the negative energy of those who were there. I don't intend to return, but I hope that future customers will be received with a little more attention and, perhaps, with a smile...

This place combines a café, co-working space, and a small general goods shop, all tastefully decorated.

The café is good, and the healthy food options are plentiful and delicious. The coffee is really good!

The shop has some very interesting items, a skull-shaped bottle, unique and stylized picture frames – worth checking out.

I've never used the co-working space, but the Wi-Fi is free and good quality.

L A Camargo17.10.2026

The staff were very rude, impolite, and didn't answer questions properly. When I tried to understand the logic of the co-working space, they said, "You also have the option not to stay here."

It doesn't work very well for co-working. They charge 25 reais per hour if you have a computer, even without using the internet or the electricity.

If you are with another person (at the same table), they charge based on the number of people with computers (25 reais each).
